INMIMB and CrowScare AU: Ryo x Embry: Life is Crazy

A/N: In this AU they're around teenage age and I imagine Embry started to take after their father after the events of INMIMB

A/N 2: This is short with only 3 povs due to lack of ideas, also yes Necrotary will be in this book (And Sunny once I get around to playing Tricks and Treats, I've already played CrowScare and INMIMB, both which I plan to revisit and try to get different endings by making different choices than I originally did. Also you can tell, Embry is my favorite and I have a soft-spot for them) Enjoy!

Embry's pov
Everything was pretty crazy, I mean I'm now sure I'm crazy, from the basement and all that... I wonder how Ryo and Necrotary were doing with alot of things haven happened and all that... It's been so long... I wonder how they are... I sat on a bench and watched others walk by or run by, life was crazy here. Suddenly Ms. Bailor called me over, I ran over. I have been working for Ms. Bailor for a portion of meat at the end of the week and I've been helping Dr. D. Light with his doctorly duties. I was incharge of selling the meat while Ms. Bailor prepared more in the back. While I was looking to see the price for some ham on the paper Ms. Bailor gave me, the person stole the meat and ran away. I sighed, looks like another chase "I'll be back, gotta chase another one" I told Ms. Bailor to which she responded "K, just be careful, I don't want your blood on my hands." I just nodded and ran after the person. I soon ran out of breath and they managed to get away "Ms. Bailor won't be happy with me..." Suddenly I saw the person being dragged by a familiar hand "Well looks like she won't be Embry" I caught my breath and looked up "Ryo! Thank you!" "It was nothing!" I took the meat and looked at the person "C'mon, I'm sure Ms. Bailor would like to personally talk with you" I grabbed the person and dragged them to Ms. Bailor, giving her back the meat, Ryo came to help me when I got tired of carrying the person and seemed to have trouble when the person tried to fight back.

Ryo's pov
Embry and I took the peson to Ms. Bailor who then sent us away and spoke with the person, scolding them. Me and Embry sat down on a bench "So, how's life at the farm?" They asked, I smiled remembering Dad and Ingram "It's going well! Me, Dad, and Ingram are visiting this place for a bit, you?" They smiled back "Oh, I've been doing better since Dr. D. Light started visit to more often since my parents ......." Embry seemed to be having bad memories so I put a hand on their shoulder, attempting to comfort them "It's ok, it's not your fault anyways!" I looked at them, they had horns like a baby antelope and had ears like a ram or maybe a sheep with floppy ears? "I see your father side is starting to show, Embry" They smiled at me "Yep! Though..." Their smiled turn to a frown and I also frowned "What's wrong?" "Nothing just I feel like people will start to judge me for them..." They admitted, I stared at them "Honestly they make you look more cute, Embers" I gave Embry a warm smile and they smiled back, thanking me for bringing up their self-confidence "Thank you Ryo! Though you have to admit, life is crazy" We both laughed and I responded "Yep! It sure is!" I noticed Embry's ears going up and down with excitement. I found it to be both amusing and adorable

Embry's pov
My ears went up and down with excitement at first I didn't notice till Ryo pointed it out "Your ears are moving" "Oh... sorry..." "No, honestly it's adorable" I frowned then smiled once again, suddenly Ingram came and said "Embry, Ryo, seems like you two are getting along though that's expected since you two are childhood bestfriends" We looked at him and smiled then Rune came, pointing out my ears and horns "I'm guessing you're starting to take from your dad more now?" I smiled and responded with a "Yep! Sure am!" Rune then said "Embry, would you like to join us for dinner?" I just refused then looked at Ryo and changed my mind "N--No, I'm a bit busy ... Alright then, just this once" They smiled when I said I would and Ryo hugged me "Yay! Childhood besties hanging out like old times!" I smiled back and slightly hugged him "Yes, now c'mon, we better go, I need to be ready for tomorrow" We started walking to where Ryo's family was staying when Rune and Ingram sped up but kept close enough to watch us. "So uh, Embers, how are you doing?" Ryo asked nervously "Didn't you already ask? I've been doing better since Dr. D. Light started visiting more often" I chuckled and he chuckled back, remembering our earlier interaction "O--Oh, right, sorry, uhhh how about the monster?" "I've fed it a pretty big breakfast, it should be sastified till after midnight, so I'll have enough time for your family dinner!" He smiled at me and I went and had dinner with Ryo, Rune, and Ingram
