A/N-By the way this is in the same universe as my first story but different characters, along with the fact this would be four years in the future from it. Thank you.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was working at the coffee shop making an iced latte for a customer, as all of a sudden, the door rang open. I looked over at the door after hitting the bell and yelled, "Order Up!" When I did yell it though, I saw this bright looking person with holiday Christmas festivities on it, the sight made me want to mentally vomit. The person came up over to me and I held my breath trying not to hold back a groan. 'Another one of these.'  I thought annoyed.

I hated Christmas with a passion, I'm not telling how it started but I did start hating it when I was 12 and even now when I'm 16 and trying to make a living for myself in the coffee shop, I still hate it.

Ever since-I said I wouldn't tell you.

Anyway, while I was annoyed this lovely person started ordering their drink.

"Hello, do you happen to sell any Capuchino's?" The person asked looking at the menu squinting obviously needing glasses. "Yes, we do. And I'm guessing that's what you're ordering today?" I answered, I had to admit if I wasn't so annoyed by the person obviously being cheerful for the holiday, I would have thought they were cute. And in fact, I did think they were cute and seemed to be my age, but I didn't want to jump too fast and go on conclusions.  The person gave a soft smile and nodded.

"Yeah, I am I always love Capuchino's there always warm enough for me to drink and enjoy the winter, such a shame it doesn't snow here though."  I had to agree with the endearing stranger with that, don't get me wrong it not snowing isn't why I hate Christmas, but I have seen pictures of snow when I was a kid and it seemed interesting enough, had a lot more to do then just cold wet dirt and grass.

I typed the persons order in from the computer and couldn't help but feel the person stare at me, but I didn't want to avert my eyes back to theirs, so I try to pretend I was busy by organizing the cups in front of me. "You know, you have nice hair." The person said out of nowhere. "Thank you." I simply said not being used to this confrontation, the person didn't seem to get the memo of me not wanting to speak and so they went on. "Do you want to catch a drink with me? If you have time of course." The person said understandingly seeing how packed the place was taking a glance at it with their brown chocolate eyes and looked back at me hopefully.

I sighed since a break did seem nice to have right about now, and my lunch did start right whenever his order was done and just because we have different opinions about holidays doesn't mean we can't be more then friends...Or just friends at that, since we only just met of course. "Yeah I can probably take a break." I answered and all of a sudden the strangers face lit up as if I got them a puppy. Right on cue the drink was done being made and turned around at my manager who was handing me the drink, "Hey I'm going to take my lunch break now, if that's ok." My manager just nodded at me seeming tired from all the work.

I smile at them as a way of thanking and then turned back around and handed the person their drink and started taking my cap off from my dyed green tips with red hair. Yes, I know those are Christmas colors but that's beside the point.

The person looked at me questioningly, "aren't you going to get yourself a drink?" I shook my head at them.  "Trust me when you work in a place like this, you would WISH you could have anything else to drink." I said putting exaggeration, the person laughed a little but shrugged taking a good gulp of their Capuchino.
