Tommy was in the nether again. He had been searching for ancient debris and after a few hours he had only found 3 blocks. He was running out of food and his armor was worn out. He made his way back through the winding tunnel he'd made by various explosions. Lava dripped on either side of the tunnel and fires eternally burned all around.

Eventually, Tommy reached the surface where he then saddled a strider and began to ride across the field of lava. The lava below Tommy, only inches away, radiated heat like no other. The nether was a realm of fire and tommy felt like chicken being cooked in a furnace. The strider raced along the lava getting closer and closer to the obsidian stairs. Tommy rode the strider onto the netherrack and disembarked.

He pulled out a flask of water and took a long drink. The strider he had ridder bumped Tommy as it sauntered past. The caused Tommy to choke on his water, and spill it on the strider. Everywhere it hit the netherrack it evaporated immediately. The water that got on the strider killed it quickly. Tommy let out a laugh, shocked that it died from so little water. He retrieved his saddle and began the walk up the obsidian and cobble stone stairs, unaware that a small figure followed slowly behind him.

He got to the top of the stairs and entered the community portal. He stood in the purple glow as is distorted and took over his vision. A small figure reached the top of the stairs as Tommy disappeared from the portal. It slowly approached the glowing portal and hesitantly stuck a foot in to it, then jumped back. Nothing happened. The figure, gaining courage, stepped into the portal and let the portal envelope it's being.

In a flash the creature was transported to the overworld. A small breeze chilled it to the bone and it shrank back a little. Assessing it's surroundings, it saw several buildings, and just up a wood path was the boy in the red and white shirt. Determined, it walked slowly down some stairs toward the path. It was so cold they couldn't muster strength to walk quickly. The boy was fast and the being wasn't going to catch up. It had already exerted to much energy and was beginning to walk slower and stumble. Finally, with one last trip it passed out from exhaustion.
