KINZOKU ASAHI REIGNED IN HIS ANGER, getting into a fight with another Master would not bode well, they had more pressing matters to attend to. The man deflated, unwilling to meet the leader of the Egyptian Faction's gaze, the ice in those blue eyes too much to bare. The headmaster of the Mumbai Academy scoffed, amused at the whole situation, his silver rings shinning in the dim-lit room.

"The woman does have a point." A man in a thick Russian accent pointed out, his attire matched his words, the kefta he wore far too warm for the current mid-May chill, the Russian flag that accompanied it just a tad bit out of place. "She and Gojo are cast from the same mold." He paused, a pensive look on his face. "Why is it always you Japanese people that keep causing trouble? You will never hear anything like this from my sorcerers."

Asahi rubbed his face, now turning to the rest of the Masters. He would not apologize for Gojo or his daughter, not when their strength was the only thing standing between peace and war, not when they upheld the Jujutsu Society on their own.

"It's not my fault I happen to harbour the two strongest Jujutsu sorcerers in the world." He spat, his tone far angrier than what he had expected, the gold tugging at his fingertips "Three if you count Geto, although thankfully he is no longer our concern."

Four if you count Keisuke. He didn't say, the painful stab in his heart at the thought was enough. At his words, the leader of the Egyptian Faction arched her brow, turning so she was facing him once again instead of deep in conversation with her chairmate two armchairs to the left.

"Mikazuki is a menace." She stated, her tone sharp and curt. "We might be able to contain her using her sister, but she has not pledged her loyalty to us and therefore is not bound by the unbreakable vow, it is only a matter of time before she rebels against us."

After exiling Mikazuki, the rules for banishing sorcerers had changed drastically. Before her, only one other sorcerer had been exiled from their society, and even though it had been a voluntarily expulsion, Asahi still regretted to this day how he'd handled the whole thing. The fact that it had been his firstborn daughter probably also played a part in his guilt, not that he'd ever admit.

When his two daughters had been exiled, The Magistrate had stripped them both of their abilities and their Cursed Sight, making sure they could never return to the Jujutsu Society without their explicit permission.

Geto Suguru had been different, The Magistrate had been more lenient – at first, but when that proved to be a mistake and the Parade of a Hundred Demons happened the previous year, they had no choice but to send someone to take care of him, and who better to do it than his partner in crime, Gojo Satoru? Besides, it wasn't like he could refuse, not when he was bound by the same chains as every single sorcerer who made the vow. Loyalty had a price, and Satoru had already paid it.

"Mikazuki will fall in line." Asahi assured.

"And if she doesn't?" The head of the Berlin Universität repeated in a mocking tone. "We cannot afford to lose her abilities, and she is too powerful to be left to her own devices, especially considering the path she was already going down towards."

The Kinzoku whipped around, the rawness in his face enough to make the man pause.

"Then, what do you expect me to do?" He asked, genuinely hoping the man would provide some helpful advice. "I cannot possibly kill her, you know that." He paused, eyes turning to ice. "We've already tried."

They had all seen what Kinzoku Mikazuki was capable of, and it wasn't pretty.

"The only two people strong enough to actually fight her are either dead or... Gojo Satoru, which in on itself is already a bad idea unless you want to unravel the whole universe." He continued.

The head of the Berlin Universität nodded, lips pulled into a tight line before averting his eyes. There was a reason why the Kinzoku had been chosen as their leader, the Master to rule the other Masters. He was powerful, far more powerful than all of them, and he was a diplomatic man, clearly raised to be a leader. Not that Léa didn't stand far behind – or even beside – him.

The man hesitated, wondering if Mikazuki had been raised in a similar way. She was not the firstborn, but with her strength, she didn't need to be.

"The Mikazuki matter aside." The leader of l'École de Paris picked up. "We still need to do something about the Curses, they're becoming a troublesome burden."

The rest of the Masters agreed, the sound of approval echoing in the room before all eyes were once again on Asahi. They expected him to fix it, and, for once, the sorcerer wasn't sure if he knew how. The man took a deep breath, hand pulling at his hair before pulling himself back together, not even a ghost of doubt in his expression.

"Considering the shortage of high-grade sorcerers, Curses will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Anything over a first-grade will be sent to me directly and I will do my best to assign someone in accordance. Both Gojo and Mikazuki will be working with you all." Asahi watched as the Frenchwoman opened her mouth, probably to complain about the choice in sorcerers, so the man continued to speak quickly. "I will speak to them about damages, but some destruction is expected considering the nature of their abilities."

The number of missions would go up exponentially, especially if he was opening up the limited amount of high-grade sorcerers to the whole world, but this was why The Magistrate had been created in the first place; so they could all help each other and prevent a future where Curses reigned over humanity.

"I will also be focusing on the schools, anyone with the Cursed Sight should be scouted, regardless of age. They should be instructed in Cursed Energy and Cursed Techniques, whether they're capable of using them or not. The Kinzoku School for the Gifted will be open to anyone that needs it, it will be used as the headquarters of this whole operation."

The Frenchwoman narrowed her eyes once again, as if trying to decipher something.

"Are you trying to raise an army?" She asked, astonished that she was only noticing now.

All heads turned to the man, waiting for him to answer. Although the increase in Curses did seem worrisome, the Jujutsu Society had never gone to such drastic measures. The last time The Magistrate had built an army was in the Heian Period, and the woman leading in was none other than Kinzoku Kogane, the most powerful sorceress in history.

Some nights, Asahi liked to think she had won. Most nights, though, he knew she hadn't.

"With Gojo and Mikazuki, do I really need one?" Asahi questioned, a smug smile on his face.
