Jake tossed his phone across the room after rereading him and Sunghoon's messages and ran his hands through his hair.
It's all because of his damn parents. Because their love life is so miserable, they end up interfering with his and making his just as messy.
"Jake, honey, please open up."
"Go away."
"Please understand where your father and I are coming from."
It was that whole typical, "it wasn't working out between your father and I so we decided to get divorced without telling you until now" type of conversation.
Jake saw it coming, he just wish it didn't actually.
He was told that his father would be moving back to Australia while his mother stays here, and that they would be selling the house, and that since Jake was an adult, he could choose wherever he wanted to be and whoever he wanted to stay with.
Also, that he had to make his mind by the 24th because that's when his father was leaving for good.
It was all so sudden for Jake and he didn't know how to handle everything. This whole situation was too overwhelming for him, especially with Sunghoon coming around again. But not anymore, since he seemed to have messed that up too.
