Beatriz cursed the day she was brought online and she also cursed her employer for dragging her into the shady business she was involved with. To be fair to Hanna, she never had a clue about the debts her father had accumulated that he unceremoniously left her when he died. That was the reason for her and Hanna being in this situation, fighting for their lives against some very dangerous people. Bea was going to make sure that if not both at least one of them was going to make it out alive because she was stupid, and in love, and she was determined to give Hanna a chance at life. Hanna who was her employer and her friend, who was kind, and beautiful, and brilliant who deserved so much better than what life had thrown at her thus far. Besides, Bea was an android, who were a dime a dozen these days, and the only one who would care if she died would be Hanna. So as she lay dying with e love of her life crying over her, heartbroken but safe and alive for now, she drew on the last reserves of her strength and said in as teasing a manner as she was able "It was not on my list of plans to dies today, but not everything goes to plan".
It was gratifying to know that at least in her final moments she was able to get Hanna to give her a watery chuckle as a last gift, making the love of her life laugh was as good as it could get to have as the last thing she ever saw.
