[11] Past

The day before Jimin finally gets vengeance was today, he was ready to end that man's life, and he wasn't going to hesitate. But one thing Jimin didn't ask Jungkook was, why he was looking for the same person? What was Jungkook seeking for with the same victim Jimin had? This caught Jimin's mind and he had to ask today. Before they both reached Jimin's nemesis base.

The brunette had a small pole in his hand that he found in the alley way he was walking upon, he dragged the pole against the brick wall which made low pitch screeching noises. Right now Jimin was doing whatever he could. The slightest sigh escaped the brunettes lips before he heard Jungkook's bike.

Unfazed as always the brunette dropped the pole letting it clank on the concrete, before the smaller folded his arms and leaning on the rough wall.

Out in the distance he saw Jungkook approaching him. Jimin eyed him for a slight second before he stopped leaning on the wall. "You called me?" Jungkook asked starring down at the brunette.

"Of course I did." Jimin turned his back on Jungkook and walked down the ally, Jungkook following beside the smaller. "I have a question." Jimin proceeded to walk and look straight ahead.

"Go on." Jungkook glanced at the smaller.

"Why are you looking for Ching-woo. Yes I've discovered his name a few days back. But why, why are you looking for him?" Jimin looked up at the taller who sighed. "He killed my grandparents and my brother.. ever since I was 14, me and my brother were spending the day at my grandparents house. Late at night while everyone was sleep I heard a creek in the front door, my grandparents where sleep on the couch and my brother had his separate room. I heard muffled noises of screams..I didn't know what to do but hide in my closet and cover my ears.. I was scared.. that's when I heard my brother trying to fight back with the people but he was too late.. that day I called the police and by then when they couldn't find who did it and the group of people, I went to go do their job. And become who I am right now." Jungkook ranted closing his eyes right after as he stopped walking.

"Their house was in Busan, where I was raised at." Jungkook breathed again catching Jimin's attention fully with his story. "He killed your family too.." Jimin mumbled looking to the ground.

"I.. I'm from Busan as well." Jimin stopped walking to take a moment.

"Ching-woo. He killed my parents. He hit them when I was going to my grandma's. Then they died in the hospital.. I wasn't told but I found out," Jimin told the taller who looked at him. "And that's why I'm also looking for him." Jimin chuckled a bit out of habit.

"I'm sorry Jimin." Jungkook sound saddened suddenly.

"Hey, don't be. The one who should be apologizing is Ching-woo. And don't sound sad on me alright? Creeping me out." Jimin crossed his arms and began walking again, Jungkook following beside him.

"No, I yelled at you when you were outside the hospital, and I'm sorry for that, again.. I didn't know what you had going on.." Jungkook requited.

"Stop. It's in the past now." Jimin wanted Jungkook to stop because he didn't want to get emotional by thinking of his parents even though they've already talked about each other's past.

There was an awkward silence between the two for a minute until Jungkook spoke.

"How long have you been looking for Ching-woo?"

"Months now." Jimin played with the jewelry on his rings and neck. The shine made Jungkook glance at the jewelry. "You seem to like jewelry a lot." The taller commented on.

"Well yeah, their nice." Jimin responded.

Jungkook nodded and glanced away, their walk continued with a small bit of awkwardness.

Jungkook did end up clearing his throat before speaking once more. They weren't used to actually chatting because they never got along, now it was just awkward because they were both trying to seek comfort in each other. Slowly but surely they did.

"What are you doing after you get rid of this man?" Jungkook asked.

"Whatever I want then." Jimin responded. Jungkook nodded glancing at random things. "Just be ready for tomorrow Jungkook." Jimin commented on.

"Yeah. I will." The brunette said bitting his lip that nearly showed a dimple on his cheek.
