When my mother and I got home from the doctor she told Addison to take me upstairs to play. I could hear my parents talking and again my mother sobbed. But now my father was crying too. As time went on I forgot about the word alopecia. Everything was normal except my mom now cut my hair to be very short. She told me that it would be easier this way. I did not understand why mom mom cut my hair. One day I was brushing my newly cut hair and a clump of hair came out. Panicking I started to cry and I ran to Addison. Addison told me not to worry and that I was just growing. Addison always knew how to make me feel better.
