Long, rounded ears perked up. The small tuffs of fur on the end of the long ears making them appear a bit pointed as they turned and focused on the sounds surrounding the male. His inhuman legs lifted him from his seat, stretching out to take a taller stance with fright.
The mysterious male stumbled as he saw troops of the Tenryou Commission heading straight for him. Blades, arrows, polearms, you name it, was pointed directly at him.
He was wanted, he knew that very well. In all honesty, the bunny boy did not expect to stay hidden for long.
Panic arose within him, building that unsettling knot within his throat. He took off in the opposite direction of the armed troops, taking his chance to get away.
The odd-shaped, and inhuman legs granted him the advantage in running. Large paws pressing against the sand, kicking roughly as he sprinted. The bone and muscle structure assisting him, however he became cornered as another troop came in front of him suddenly, halting his escape.
He glanced around, trying to find any way out, his heart pounding against his ribs as he saw the one chance to escape to be closed off.
The mysterious male disliked the water, and could hardly swim, but it looks like his only chance to escape. Even if he were to drown. He did not wish to meet the same fate his love ended up going through.
One of the troop members charges forward, blade at the ready. One after one they followed, leaving him two options to escape.
Fight, and hope for the best, or swim into the vast ocean where it is surrounded by discomfort and the high risk of inflicting hypothermia upon oneself.
The male favored fighting and hoping for the best, resenting the ocean that split him so far from his homeland.
Grasping ahold of the tightly clothed katana that rested against his back, he did his best to defend himself. With no vision, compared to the army of Raiden Shogun's most loyal fleet, it has foretold his downfall.
Despite taking many out, with the bit of experience he had. His body succumbed to exhaustion, and collapsed to the ground. Several cuts on his unique legs, rendering him immobile for the time being.
He held tightly onto a mysterious item that wound up within his palm. A faint, dull glowing purple emitting from it. A crackle of electricity tingling across his delicate skin.
His vision blurred, falling forward onto the sand as he stared helplessly towards the remaining fleet.
A harsh, but gentle gust of wind brushed past them. In the blink of an eye—a rather slow exhausted blink—they had been wiped out.
"You've done well to hold them off, dear friend." A soothing but all too familiar voice spoke to him. "I wish I had gotten here sooner, but alas you held off. It is not safe here for us."
He felt his body becoming lifted, the smell of fallen leaves hitting his nose. He could barely make out a group of people standing around, but the person who lifted him from his life threatening state stood out.
Bright, snow like hair. A vibrant red streak through it, making it all the more noticeable.
"Kaz..." he whispered, energy leaving his body as the vision in his hand settled into a darker color.
"Rest well, my friend."
His entire body is normal, looking exactly like a human (minus the ears and tail) except his legs. They start out like a normal humans legs, but around the middle of the thigh they change into that of a bunny.
