That is a sunny Friday at Morrison Joint Air Force Base, many army guys are just doing their job or relax. But inside the briefing room,a joint company of soldiers are talking with each others. Then,their CO came in and start briefing about new mission at East Island.
Commanding Officer:We are received a checking request about the unknown signal at East Island and you guys are being assigned for that.
Henry:Unknown signal?Maybe that is just a intercept tower or something like that.
Commanding Officer:Possibly. Anyways,be ready from now because you guys have only 30 minutes for this trip.
Walker:Look like it will be a interesting trip,right Matt?
Matt:Yeah.
As CO leaved the room,they start discussing about that mission.
Schmidt:Hey Miller,you sure about this one.
Miller:Maybe. Also,i'm never see that island so this will be first time.
Walker:Come on guys. We have no time for chit chat,lock and load Marines.
Blake:*sighs* He is always like that.
*timeskip*
After geared up and checked every weapons and ammo,they moved to parked C-130 where others are waiting.
William:Took you guys so long.
Henry:Sorry man. Anyways,you guys will go with us too?
Glass:Why not. This is more like a treasure hunt with me.
Vincent:Same as my.
Giovanna:We are too.
Harry:Alright guys,let's aboard now.
After all aboarded the plane,2 pilots start do a list checking.
Harry:Engine 1?
William:Check.
Harry:Engine 2?
William:Check.
Harry:Control panel?
William:Check.
Harry:Radar systems?
William:Check.
Harry:Emergency light?
William:Check.
Harry:Alright,look like all is good to go now.
William:Yep,let's move now.
After finished the list checking,it's start move to runway and then taking off.On the plane,those soldiers are just talking with each others or take a nap.Only Captain Walker are in the cockpit to observe the front alongside with 2 pilots.After 15 minutes of flying,they are finally arrived but they quickly noticed a black big storm are surrounding the island.William quickly reported to command for advise.
William:Thunder to Command. We spotted a big storm at island.Please advise,over.
Command:Roger that,Thunder. We'd advise you guys to-*statics*
William:Uhhh...Command,come in over.
Walker:What's wrong?
William:We lost contact with command.Look like we are inside the radio interfering zone so we cannot contact with any radio channels.
Walker:I think i smell some kinds of death...we should return to base right now.
William:Aye sir.
When William turned to see if there's any detected storms but all they see are nothing,nothing on weather radar.Harry felt that something is wrong,he quickly trying to redirect the plane but somehow,the console are not working or in other word,it's mostly like...freezed.They can't do anything but look at front and pray for good thing.A short warning came through the intercom in plane cabin.
"We are entering the area of unknown frequency disturbance. For safety,stay at your seat,keep your head down and cover your ears. Prepare for impact."
Then,the plane start shaking a little hard when it's entered the storm. It only stopped as they finally got out of storm.But in front of them are no more islands or mountains,before them was only the blue and vast ocean and morever,it was dark now,even though it was morning when they started moving.The clouds moved aside slowly,revealed it was a big place ahead,like a naval base.The console on plane are also worked normally again but those pilot decided to fly around on sky and wait for any further instructions.Walker then go back to cabin and told the others about thing they are facing.
Schmidt:Really?Why don't we land this plane and checking down there?
Matt:That is very dangerous. One more thing,we are not sure if that naval base have runway to land or not.
Alexander*:I agree with Matt. Walker,what can we do now?
Walker:We can only fly the plane around the sky and wait for any updates. Just take a rest,we will got it from here.
He said as he get back into cockpit and discuss with 2 pilots about next objective. They are not sure about this situation and only wait for any updates. This Hercules** is still enough fuel so they will not worry about it. The problem is they cannot contact with anyone,which mean they need check the frequency or still wait until someone called in. They also prepared for worst situation,but that is another story. As they still thinking,a voice suddenly came in from the radio.
???:We need your identify or you guys will be gunned down now!
