29. What's up with Jimin?

I think I should tell her about the real you.

Jungkook drove straight to the gang hub. Once he reached there, he held Jimin by his collar and dragged him inside the gang room angrily, and made him sit on the couch with a harsh push. Suga, who was working on something in his laptop, saw that Jungkook came in with someone and that he pushed that person to the couch. Suga got annoyed that Jungkook was breaking the gang rules of getting people who are not related to the gang work inside the room. He walked towards them while yelling at Jungkook.

Suga: What's going on in here? You make and then you only break your rules boss? First, you get y/n, and now this dude... who and why is-

He then saw Jimin's face.

Suga: Jimin?

Jungkook: Yes. Jimin. Our beloved gang member...

Suga: But he was supposed to be-

Jungkook: DEAD... I know... he was declared dead to the world by our agents for a mission... he clearly knew that he had to stay underground at least for the next whole month, but NO. He decided to show up as y/n's, I mean my girlfriend's childhood best friend, at her friend's place in broad daylight.

Suga: May be he wasn't spotted by anyone-

Jungkook: I ensured that he wouldn't. I took them all to my personal water park, so that I could keep his a** unnoticed by people. But there is a problem hyung.

Suga: What?

Jungkook: Someone had been there to kidnap y/n.

Suga: So the news of you having a girl spread out already?

Jungkook: That isn't the problem. The fact that someone knew that I was heading to the water park, and keeping their people ready for our arrival along with, planning a kidnap, is a problem. This means that someone is spying on me and has information about my whereabouts. What if they saw Jimin alive and reveal it to our rivals? Our mission would fail before it starts.

Suga: Jimin-ah.... Wae-yo???

Jimin: She is my best friend for real hyung. She is the only person I have felt a bond with.

Jungkook: The girl you feel your little bond with, is my girl, my love. So, you need to back off right now.

Jimin: I don't have that kind of feelings for her Jungkookshi. I love and respect her as a person. I have protected her a few times when there were guys eyeing her when we were young. She calls me oppa in a brotherly way and nothing else. I just wanted to warn her that I won't be around for some time and to take care of herself. Also, not to call on my number, since my number is already dead for the mission. After that I would have left, but I saw you in her friend's house. I didn't have any idea about you two being involved with each other.

Suga: Yeah. May be he is right Jungkook. He was in the US for another mission after all. How would he have known about the progress in your life here-

Jungkook: So why did he have to meet y/n "personally"? That too in the day time. He could have just called her up and spoken to her.

Jimin: I wanted to see her myself. She is my best friend...!!! And there were chances that my house would be spied on, so the moment I landed, I came to see her taking the longest and the most confusing route there. And as I had planned, it would have been a meet for just about a few minutes, if I had not met you in the house. I just wanted check on her and her family and also inform her about me not being available for a month or two and then leave. I promise, nothing more than that.

Jungkook first looked a bit unsure, but then, because he knew Jimin pretty well, he also knew that he had always cared for a girl as his family. He always spoke about her with care and respect and not in a way that would be shameful or anything like that. Then he realized that the girl was none other than y/n.
