1st pov:
I was walking home this time passing by the santos place. While I was walking I heard someone call my name a deep voice that was recognizable, spooky.
"hey. let me talk to you for a second"
"what do you want?"
"Im turning myself in, just gotta say-"
"no spooky I have no responsibility over him."
I started to walk but he got close to my face with the arched eyebrows looking at me.
"I wasnt asking for you to take care of him, but thats an option." he always sent shivers too anyone's back, spooky is his name.
"Actually, how about you cook my brother food and make sure he gets to school? how bout that?"
he said firmly and in a stiff position.
"aye arent you the boss? gotta make a trato"
I smirked now knowing I won and can leave without worrying about a stupid kid.
you walked away calmly without doing anything. there was a hesitation in the air as he said the thing I never thought.
"10 precent of the money." Smokey said firmly as I stopped and looked back.
"what money?" I said shocked, I knew what he was talking about but couldn't comprehend.
"from our recent project. and, it may be alot to ask, but while I'm gone.." he looked behind like he had something wrong to say.
"Lead santos while I'm in jail."
that was my breaking point.
"ur insane Oscar! There's no way I taking care of ur brotha and leading. 10 precent too? insane."
I said, Smokey just looked down for a moment, but looked up.
"Yes or No [name]?"
you thought for a second time, 10 precent? a lot for a gang boss. you looked up and with a serious voice I said.
"yes. i agree."
Smokey laughed
"Fine, you agreed we good. Here's some money to take care of cesear. come on, imma show you what's up with santos right now."
He went into into the house and i followed him. I saw his lil brother sitting on the couch.
"aye kid. This is who gonna take care of you while I'm gone, since you were sad about being by yourself. Her names is [name.]"
Smokey said as he looked up and shook my hand.
then me and Smokey went inside the kitchen and
explained what's going on with the prohects and cuchillos.
1 day later:
I was sitting on a chair waiting for Smokey to say bye to cesear he came and acted like he was in a rush
"aye gotta go.. take care of cesear."
"your not gonna say bye?"
"nah, better if I just left it flat."
"Ok, don't regret it later. Bye."
I saw him getting inside his car and about to turn the engine on. But hesitated. He then got out of the car and ran to cesear s room.
so, full santo or just 10 percent?.
