Happy Birthday Xingqiu!

Xingqiu's Birthday!

Chongyun's perspective:

I woke up and went to my handy, Dandy calendar to see it was Xingqiu's birthday. I was happy to celebrate it before grabbing a red marker and circling "Xingqiu's Birthday" around it on the calendar

I smile before changing and going to celebrate his birthday before someone stops me.

" Chongyun, Dear, Where are you heading off to at this time? "

Ah, It was just my auntie.

" It's Xingqiu's birthday today, I'm leaving to meet up with him "

Shenhe sighed

" Alright. But if he does anything just notify me right away! "

I gave her a sort unsure smile

" I will, I'll see you later auntie! "

She smiled at me while waving. I waved back as I was walking to the door. I eventually left the house and ran to Wanmin Restaurant.

" Xiangling, Hey! "

Xiangling was serving some customers before noticing me

" Hey Chongyun! Hang on a sec, I'll be with you in just a bit! "

She said before going back to the kitchen and serving the rest of her customers before sitting on the table I was sitting at

" Alright, So! We're having the birthday party here, Right? "

Xiangling asks

" I mean, Unless you wanna do it at the Library "

I jokingly say with a sort of attitude

" Yeah, You have a point- We'll have it at 3, You distract Xingqiu while we prepare the decorations. I got permission from my father so we should be good to go! Try to distract him at around, 12 PM, Can you do that? "

I nodded

" Ofc I can, But- Could I get breakfast? I'm starving and ran all the way here without eating anything- "

Xiangling giggled

" Sure, The usual? "

I nodded in response as Xiangling leaves as I waited for my meal before seeing Xingqiu from a distance as I panicked as Xingqiu walked closer to my table

" Hello my liege, What brings you here on this fine morning "

Xingqiu asks

" Oh! Uh, Hey Xingqiu. I'm just here to eat, What about you? "

I asked Xingqiu curiously

" Same as you "

He sat down next to me as I was still panicking. Eventually Xiangling was coming to bring my food and saw Xingqiu. She looked panicked as well although we're not even setting up the decorations yet

" Oh, Hey Xingqiu! "

She says worryingly as she gave me my food

" Hey?? "

Xingqiu said with a confused tone. I think he noticed we looked worried-

" Thanks Xiangling "

I waited for it to cool down while Xingqiu ordered what he wanted. Xiangling left to go make Xingqiu's food as he read his new book peacefully.

" So, Xingqiu. What're you planning on doing today? "

Xingqiu thought for a moment

" Maybe just read today, Unless you wanna do something? "

" Ah, I was thinking of going to the library to check out the new books. Have you heard of it? "

Xingqiu's face lit up

" Oh yeah! After our food we're heading there straight away. "

I smiled as Xiangling came with Xingqiu's food and placed it on the table before leaving. Mine officially cooled down so me and Xingqiu ate our food together. After a few minutes we left for the library.
