Her mother instilled in her the ability to care for those around her sexually and emotionally, making Dalice very motherly and kind. She always wanted to help those in need and become a Huntress to help the world. Of course, being a Futanari comes with a couple of personality tweaks. Dalice has a very hard time keeping her libido in check, and Due to being a Faunus, her heat cycle which should happen once a year, happens every couple of weeks. The more pressing matter of being a Futanari is her body being more sensitive than the average person making seemingly normal activities unbearable for her.

Yagetsu - Yagetsu is a High-Frequency Scythe reinforced by a powerful alternating current and resonating at extremely high vibration frequencies. This oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything it cuts, thereby increasing its cutting ability. Yagetsu has no firearm properties but possesses Guan Dao mode, where the Blade sticks up, making it resemble a glaive or spear.
Semblance:Chained - Dalice can summon a pair of black handcuffs with a long glowing purple chain accompanied by tags emitting electricity. Dalice's eyes also turn purple, allowing her to telekinetically control the chain and its length. Dalice can dissipate the chain whenever she wants to leave only her two cuffs. These cuffs can spawn chains from them that can connect or if Dalice wants them to, they can create a new cuff on something else, connecting it to Dalice. Dalice can then make more chains out of the newly created cuff to handcuff someone else.

Seed Empowering - Faunus Futanari's in the RWBY universe (At least in mine) have odd properties if the person was born with it and didn't have it created for them. Two qualities make it stand out from being ordinary. Firstly when "relieving" themselves, the Futa's seed can empower whoever it is inside. Empowerment makes the person's Aura increase past its normal limits giving them 1.5x their usual Aura for 20 Minutes. After the effect dissipates, they gain a new effect that permanently increases their aura by 5%. A creampie is the fastest way to achieve this, but even if it just makes contact with the skin, it leaves an unwashable translucent residue that merges with the person's Aura. The second quality a Futa has is a pheromone they secret from their body when their libido acts up. The pheromone is a sweet vanilla scent that doesn't do anything other than smell nice...unless you happen to be a Faunus. When a Faunus smells Vanilla, it sends its libido into overdrive, matching the Futa's libido.
