He sat in his chair wiping the dust of something he held his hand. His office was lavish with a black marble bordering fireplace. High ceilings with a chandelier .

A knock was heard on the door and his gaze shifted to it. "Come in" he said and in came a man with a stack of papers in his hand. He walked towards the table , where Anderson sat.  "You may have a seat" Anderson said looking at the man with a usual poker face of his when he noticed that the man stood by the table.

The other man placed the papers at the top of Anderson's desk and pulled out a specific one from the pile. He slid it towards Anderson and Anderson grabbed it.

"Mr. Michael Andreas has been arrested and will now be ripped of his title of the judge for a while" the man said and Anderson laughed.

"A great news indeed" Anderson said now placing the item on the desk which he was earlier cleaning. The gun glistened as light fell on it.

"But there's something else to it" the man said and Anderson looked at him with his usual expression.

"The case will be fought by Mrs-" the man said and Anderson burst out laughing.

"A Woman?" he said to which the man gulped. He started breathing heavily which caught Anderson's attention .

"Who is it?" he asked and the man looked in Anderson's eyes.

"L-Lisa Adams, the wife of the CEO of Kim enterprises" he said and Anderson smiled widely.

"You mean the woman who is the owner of the orphanage you were brought up in?" Anderson asked and the man nodded.

"Oh Bruno! It's alright. I won't kill her" there was a pause and then he continued "unless she defies me and wants to be at my gunpoint" he said and Bruno jumped up.

"She's a nice lady Sir. I don't think we should harm such people. "the man quivered.

"Let us try and ask her to leave this case. Fine?" Anderson said and sighed.

"She won't" Bruno replied which made a questionable expression arise on Anderson's face.

"Why won't she?" Anderson asked placing his legs on the top of the desk, one leg on top of the other in a criss cross way.

"Because the lawyer's wife" he paused letting out a deep shaky breath.

"is her daughter" he said and Anderson moved back in his seat as he sighed , rubbing his chin with his fingers.

[The previous morning]

She sat down on the front seat. She had never been so far up the church before and honestly she never wanted to, maybe once or twice in her childhood she had attended some funerals but she could not remember that. Jesus loomed above her and it was gloomy, the blood dripping from his wounds, hanging limp, a sense of fright and pain seeing him in such a state, his glassy eyes staring at nothing and there she sat while the Priest said the words, words which signified that someone important had left them. It was her sister, brother in law, niece and nephew who passed away.

As people went up to the mic which was placed on the platform so that people could say their final words she stood up and walked out, not wanting to tear up in front of approximately 100 people.

She walked to the garden and ran . Ran to the her car and once she sat in it , she drove it in speed and to her house . She was greeted by the few guards but she did not care at that moment. She gripped the handle with shivering hands and the large door creaked open. Their were no maids in the house at that moment and she ran upstairs. She flung open the door to her room and quickly ran towards her desk. Fiddling with all the stuff and even pushing her laptop aside , almost leading it to fall, she found what she needed.

It was a necklace in the shape of half of the heart. It contained her photo. In a swift she tore of a a piece of paper from a notebook , scribbled something on it and taped it on the necklace.

She quickly drove back to the church but she could not find anyone there and she cursed in anger. Once again making her way back to her car she gripped the steering wheel firmly and drove to the burial grounds.

As she stepped out of the car she saw how the pall bearers waited at the entrance of the ground with everyone else. She yelled "STOP!". All eyes turned to her and a bit taken aback priest looked at her.

She walked over to the priest and handed him the locket.

"All this time i couldn't believe that she's gone and when i've finally surrendered to the truth i don't know how to give her this." she said and tears slid down her cheeks.

"This- if we join this locket with which the one my sister wore at the time of her death , will form a complete heart - and our childhood pictures are joined in a heart shape. I very well know that mom must have made sure to tell you to keep her that locket in the coffin but i also want this one to be kept in it as a sign that i will always love her. Please." she said as she fell on the ground on her knees.

The priest sighed and forwarded his hand. She looked up at him and smiled a bit. She gave one last glance to the locket and let go of it. Her dad came towards her and lifted her off the ground . He had always been a very jolly man and never had she seen him cry but today he couldn't act as the strong dad as he always used to. Not when he knew that it was his eldest child who laid in that coffin , his daughter.

She hugged her dad and mumbled the words which is the beginning of THE CRIMINALLY CAGED FATE.

"Anger, resentment and jealousy doesn't change the heart of others but it has proved successful in changing mine. I'll be the cause of your hell-"
she paused and backed away as her father smiled sadly . He took his hand in hers and led her to the front near the entrance as the everyone made their way in.

Before setting in her foot she whispered "Brizzo."
