Ranboos Pov
"I'm so excited!" Tubbo screamed for what felt like the 100th time.
"I know Tubbo, Ill be on the plane before you know it."
We had been going on like this for what had to be a half hour.
"Its just so great! My best friend coming to the UK for the first time!" Tubbo said sheepishly. His eyes had that twinkle in them from whenever he got excited. His smile took up practically his whole face, lighting it up.
"Yeah." Ranboo replied. He looked out the window at the dry view of the takeoff area. Flight 57B boarding now. "Oop, that's me." Ranboo said, "Bye Tubbo." "See you in the UK Boo!" "I told.you to stop calling me that." "Well, I like it." Ranboo groaned at Tubbos stubbornness.
(Skippity time skip to when on plane)
"Would you like anything to eat." The flight attendant asked, twirling a strand of hair around her finger. "Uh, do you have pretzels?" Ranboo asked, slightly suspicious. "Yep, coming right up." She winked. Ranboo inwardly sighed. Of course. He thought. The lady grabbed a bag of pretzels from the cart. "You know, speaking of knots, you tie my heart in one." She said. Ranboo visibly cringed. That had to be the worst he's ever heard. "Heres my number, we should meet up sometime." Ranboo stared at the card in front of him.
"I'm gay." He said simply. "Ewww, and to think I was ever into you, were over Mr." She said, looking at Ranboo with a disgusted face. "Hah, but we weren't ever together, plus no one would voluntarily date you." Ranboo said. The flight attendant just stared at him for a moment, then huffed and walked to the next aisle.
Ranboo relaxed. She was finally gone. Ranboo crumpled up the note, and when the flight attendant came back to collect trash, he slowly dropped it into the bag, looking at her. She averted her eyes, huffing in disdain. Now that that's taken care of, I can finally sleep. Ranboo thought. It was too quiet on the plane, only the faint sound of snores and chewing filled the silence. So he took out his airpods, popped them in, and turned on some music to help him sleep. "Life by the Sea" came on, and Ranboo smiled, thinking of his friend and the fun days to come. Listening to his music, Ranboo slowly drifted to sleep.
