Recently I have been doing a-lot of experimenting with makeup, and I found that colored pencils can be used as eyeliner,lipstick,etc. because they are non-toxic its safe.

NON TOXIC colored pencils
Hot water
Plastic cup or any cup

Directions
__________
-Fill your cup with hot water
-Place your colored pencils in the water
-keep them there for 5 minutes
- after 5 minutes swatch them
On your hand and make sure their not too sharp
