Yesterdays battle had kicked the cogs of y/ns head into overtime and forced him to thinking like a military commander trying to figure out his next move. Y/ns first order had been for patrols to widen out outside and begin disguising the area around the cathedral with trees and hills. Y/n had commissioned the Successor of the throat to thsi task as she was the only one with terraforming abilities.
Mido had his lost minions collect all of the slavagble corpses off the battlefield and brought to his lab and the rest fed to the lost. According to his report vestiges had appeared In the wake of the forces deaths but these where rare seeing as there was a couple thousand dead and only a dozen or so vestiges which y/n had him collect and send to Io. Speaking of the white haired woman stood next to y/n while he held a conference with all of his vest strategist. Mido, jack, eva, gregorio silva or the skull king in his transformed state, davis, louis and Aurora, who had the capabilities to turn back into a human for a limited time. Y/n wanted the gilded hunter here but the boss was overseeing another matter outside the cathedral.
Meanwhile, Mido and gregorio where locked In a fierce stalemate over the current issue, regarding if they should expand territory and build a wall or simply disguise the cathedral. Mido was for expansion while gregorio was for simply disguising the base. The other members of discussion where split, Eva, jack and rin siding with Mido and Louis, davis and Aurora siding with gregorio.
"Why would we bother hiding our presence after yesterday's events? The enemy knows where we are and we should start fortification immediately" mido said, his tone indicating his disbelief they where having this conversation.
"Say we start building a wall, that tells the people who attacked us that where ready for war."
"And if we cower away and try to hide our presence what message does that send?" Mido shot back.
"Midos right, as much as I dont want to admit it. Trying to hide after that battle, would simply leave us open to attack and since they witnessed our capability to withstand a assault they will most definently send triple the number next time" Jack said and Eva nodded.
"Or send even more dangerous items"
"Building a wall and marking off territory could kick us off into a war-" Louis said and Mido slammed his hands onto the table.
"Where already in one! They attacked us first!" He shouted and Io stood up, choosing not to slam her hands down onto the table.
"My master, our leader and lord, wouldn't want a war, yesterday was simply a act of self defense. It goes against his plan-"
"PLAN! Plan! You think you know lord y/ns plan? My intelligence is unmatched. If I couldn't get a inkling of his plan, I doubt you would!" Mido roared. Things where getting more and more heated, with everyone starting to talk all at once. y/ns head rested on his fost which was propped up on the armrest of his throne.
"-How about lord y/n tells us his plan? That way where all on the same page?" Rin suggested and everyone fell silent. All eyes where on y/n and the revnant king sat up straighter.
"Plan? Shit. I was PLANNING on waiting for one of you to suggest one" y/n thought and a thought snapped in place.
"My plan, i haven't thought it all way through or worked put all the kinks but... I think you all know what the end result is?" There was a silence as they all thought hard and Mido begun laughing, starting off as a small chuckle and becoming unto full in evil cackling.
"Of course, of course! How could I have been so blind! Lord y/n the end result of yours it world domination isnt it?." Mido asked and y/n nodded slowly.
