Chapter 2

The agreement was set for Yin and the Moths, now he was given some authorization to the base in order to defeat the space herrscher. He didn't have the time to enhance his body but thanks to Mobius and Dr. MEI serum to enhance a normal human body beyond the human limits.

Now we see Yin in the lab, looking at a holographic blueprint. He seemed to almost finishing up his invention.

"What are you doing?" A soft feminine voice asked startling the poor Yin making him drop his tools.

"I didn't do anything wrong!!" He said holding his arms up in defense. Until he heard a small giggle coming from her. It seems that when he looked up he noticed that she was a college student—or so he thought.

"I-I'm working on a sword that's capable of adapting to Herrschers abilities and bypass them. It seems that I'm still working out it's operating Honkai energy mode but other than that I think we have a chance."

The girl giggled as she looked at the blueprints, "The name is MEI it's a pleasure to meet you, Yin." She said shaking his hand aggressively, he couldn't believe her strength was like that of his mother.

"So, are you read for your first herrscher battle?"

"Of course I am!"

The both stared at each other before laughing, until he felt his head ache in pain. He saw various bits and pieces of some memories from his past.

"Are you okay?" Mei asked questioning his condition.

"Yep! That snake eye women called me a test subject." He said honestly still a bit traumatized after that meeting.

"It seems you met Mobius. She's always interested in testing others and using them for experiments." MEI said bluntly, he looked at her with a the face of distraught.

How can someone let her do this freely?!

Well in dire times, they do need things in order to face the Honkai. What's next the fire demon coming back to get back at me?

And just like that the door was kicked down with the masked person in pure rage, "There your are!" He looked straight at Yin menacingly who choose the right thing and run away. No way he could fight a Mantis on his own.

"Got to go!" He said dashing to safety away from that crazy maniac.

[2 Hours of pure chasing from a furious Kalpas]

The black hair male stopped running, panting heavily, sweat dripping down his face. He turned around running into something soft and squishy, he heard a slight moan from a female which made him back up to see a beautiful woman.

She has long red hair, which she wears loose. Her eyes match her codename, being a deep yellow. She has a golden hairpin that goes from her left side to the back of her head; its golden chain leads to a brown bow. She also has an earring on that side.

Her outfit is night brown, with red accents on her sleeves and pendant. The bottom of her skirt is also red. There are also patches of white at her torso and at the end of her sleeves. The latter extends into the shape of a flower, held down by another gold pin. She also wears black tights and a black glove on her right hand.

"Sorry!"

He got on his knees slamming his head down onto the ground. This was his first time feeling something that soft, especially from...the melons.

"It's quite alright, I should have been paying attention." Was she a angel who descended from the heavens? Her beautiful couldn't be rival.

"Leave the poor boy alone, Eden."

The two looked behind to see a mother figure. A tall woman with light brown hair. Her blue eyes are usually bowed down, like in reverence. She wears a long white veil with thorns and flowers accenting the sides. She has a tight white turtleneck with a butterfly brooch extending around a blue gem on her chest. There are various cross-like symbols over her body.

She has black and puffy sleeves which end in white cuffs. Her shorts are white and frilly. From her torso all the way down to her feet, she dons a long black cloth with golden accessories. Connecting to her back is a long robe that resembles blue butterfly wings. There are much shorter, wilted, butterfly wings connected to the black piece. Her heeled boots are a simple white

"Who are you?" He asked with a tomato face, what the hell was a mom doing here.

"My name is Aponia, it's a pleasure to meet you little one." Her soft voice managed to pierce his heart causing him to fall on his knees.

"Is this Heaven?" He almost sounded like a perv until the alarms around the base went off putting everyone in high alert.

[In the War Room]

Mei explained the need to everyone, "Alright, the herrscher is on its way here. We sent ground units to slow her progress but its only a matter of time."

Yin felt petrified already, he was only joking about fighting the herrscher. He held his head from the aching pain to see the herrscher of space.

"I found you!" She said chillingly

Yin grabbed the prototype weapon and ran out side at high speed, the others were confused and wanted to know what was he up to.

Yin immediately left the base to draw the herrscher attention. "Get back here Yin, that's an order!" Mobius demanded as Yin threw the ear piece away.

The others wanted to see what he was about to do and sent Kalpas to help him before he gets killed.

Yin landed on a rooftop of a large structure smiling greatly at the herrscher of space, "What's up?"

The herrscher grinned snapping her fingers creating a small table in front of him allowing him to sit and chat before the battle.

"I see you're the I saw ending my life."

"Wait come on now, I don't kill but if you don't turn back now I will have to."

The herrscher laughed as if Yin couldn't harm her. It was strange for Yin to talk to the herrscher of space, especially when she's literally about to destroy the entire world if he made a wrong move.

"Tell me, why do you smile if you know you can't save anyone?" The herrscher asked placing her chin on her hand.

"Hmm...I guess I don't know they answer to that question yet." Yin couldn't get a right response he was so use to delivering Judgement to others but failed to mention this to anyone.

"You're a killer and always will be, Yin" the herrscher turned to see Kalpas handing her a stone cold punch to the juggler, send her flying.

"Killing is what humanity we're born to, if you have problem with it solve them with actions not words!" He shouted in rage.

Yin could only ask this question to himself: What did she mean by that?
