Device name, model number and serial number are mandatory.

Currently only L0 level certificate has been given to Morpho devices for RD services.

There are various problems and errors that one may encounter while installing or using Morpho RD services. Here are some common problems and errors listed along with their solutions.

1. Data description failed/ time stamp

Change time zone and reinstall the software.

2. Internal error

This error means application and device are not registered in the same environment. So, you need to connect it.

3. Error: Device does not make minimum security with UIDAI

This means your mobile software is not supporting.

4. Service availability error

You need to check the network or server.

5. Device registration failed

This means your device is not registered properly and needs to be registered again.

6. 527# error

Follow the given steps to correct this error

First go to control panel then click on system daytime setting and correct the date and time.

If error is still displayed please update key rotation and restart the system.

7. 999 Safetynet Integrity

You need to upgrade your mobile software and Google applications

8. Device Not Whitelist in Management Server

Forward to RD integration or you can try downloading a fresh driver.

9. Error In Server Connection

Forward to rd integration or download fresh driver.

10. Not In ready state In JeevanPramaan

Download latest or newer version of jeevanpramaan and change system Variable environment also.

11. 521# Issue in Device registration

This means your device is not registered yet, wait for another 3 -7 working days.

12. Error code 720

You can get this error when the device is not connected to your PC / mobile properly. Check your OTG Connector/Convertor along with the device connection with pc /mobile.
