Those words struck Starcross, it felt like he had just been stabbed. He started to cry. Merciless just looked and then portaled back to the bad guys meeting room(aka Crescents room), as the all now were mad at HIM For protecting Star. The traitor.
Crescent:"What were you thinking?!-"
Merciless:"what?. Were already doomed. All Star has to do is tell on us. What's the point."
The bad guys were silent but Crescent was eternally yelling.
Palette:"..hey..it's not over yet! We can..just...I don't know.."
Everyone was silent, their ex-teammate had all their info and all they had to do was tell on them to their parents and they were done.
Things were bad.
Meanwhile the good kids while sad that Starcross no longer was a "member" were happy with the info they got.
They had a meeting and Things seemed bright. But then lux sees a sad Starcross in his room.
Lux:"..hey..you ok?"
Starcross:"...yeah.."
Starcross voice breaks a bit on "yeah" as some tears escaped him. He felt so guilty. And he might have just lost his best friend!
Lux:"...hey..I know it hurts but just know you did the right thing ok? Thanks to you we can win and put an end to their stupid group. Thanks Starcross you served your purpose.
Starcross:"....! I what?."
Lux:"you served your purpose! That's great!"
Starcross:"..thats all you needed me for?. I was always planned to be a traitor?!"
Starcross yelled at her, Lux was taken aback
Lux:"! No! No! I didn't mean it like that!"
Starcross:"then what do you mean it as?! That since you got me into this group you planned for me to betray them?!'
Lux:"of course not! It was the only way to get information on them! You know that!"
Starcross:"yeah! But!..but..you knew how they would have been if they found out..do you have any idea how stressful it was?. All you wanted from me as information..was I just a tool..?"
Lux:"NO! ITS NOT LIKE THAT!"
Starcross:"THEN WHAT IS IT?!"
Lux:"I DONT KNOW!"
Starcross was silent but ran out of the room immediately crying, Lux was in tears aswell but tried to chase after her brother
Lux:"Starcross!"
But it was to late Starcross had portaled away..
