To say that Jaeyoung was worried was an understatement, the boy was freaking out. He had spent at least ten minutes crying while holding Sangwoo in his arms before checking his pulse and realizing the younger was still alive. Then he had slipped on the floor while trying to get his phone, that had been thrown on the sofa in panic, and hurt his head in the process. Jaeyoung had never been more stressed out in his life than in this exact moment.

He had just unlocked a new fear: Sangwoo being unconscious and not knowing what to do.

This was horrible. He felt like his whole world had suddenly stopped, like he couldn't breathe, couldn't move, like his every action were on autopilots and were the worst thing to do. Because Sangwoo wasn't waking up. Because Sangwoo wasn't there to reassure him, to guide him. Because without Sangwoo, he was lost. Because suddenly he had forgotten how to breathe, how to think. He felt like suffocating, like his whole body was hurting.

And for the few minutes he had spent thinking Sangwoo was dead, he had felt like dying too. He couldn't imagine what he would do if Sangwoo was really dead, or in a bad condition, or had an important illness, a deadly one. He had overthought all that was possible to overthink, and he had cried, and panicked, and cried more because he felt hopeless, he felt useless.

He felt left alone with his feelings, and didn't know what to do. Nobody had ever told him what to do then. When you are left alone with your feelings. And the other person isn't there. But it wasn't any other person, it was Sangwoo, it was the boy with whom he had more or less planed his life, and that would mainly consist of cuddling and kissing and laughing. God, Jaeyoung wished he could cuddle and kiss Sangwoo right now, he wished the younger would just laugh and everything would go back to normal.

And then, Sangwoo had grunted, and Jaeyoung had realized he wasn't dead, and he had tried to do everything he had seen in movies and shows and it all seemed stupid but he couldn't think of anything else. Until he remembered his phone, on the sofa.

Jaeyoung called the hospital, after some time, a doctor explained that it was most probably exhaustion. He said to call them back if Sangwoo wasn't awake in ten minutes or if his breathing became unstable. So, Jaeyoung checked, he stayed with Sangwoo, making sure he was okay, wiping off the sweat with cold water. And eventually, after five minutes or so, Sangwoo woke up. Jaeyoung quickly explained what had happened, and Sangwoo felt even more terrible.

"Why wouldn't you tell me that you were sick? I could have helped, could have taken care of you..."

Jaeyoung complained, pouting a little bit.

"I didn't want you to catch it, I wanted to do it on my own, not to be a bother for you..."

Sangwoo replied, looking down. He felt ashamed that he had been this stupid and careless that he ended up collapsing. If Jaeyoung hadn't been there, he would have been in a very bad situation.

Jaeyoung lifted Sangwoo's head, forcing him to look in his eyes.

"Listen, we already talked about this. I am your boyfriend, I take care of you when you can't do it on your own. You are tired, and overworked and sick. You clearly can't take care of yourself for now. Whenever you feel like this, you have to come find me and tell me right away. We could have spent the whole day cuddling and I bet you would have been able to come back on the next day. But because of your stubborn pretty ass, you'll be forced to miss tomorrow's lessons, and you clearly can't use the ones from today considering you probably wrote non-sense..."

Jaeyoung explained, looking Sangwoo in the eyes with his brows furrowed to seem serious.

"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to... Exams are next week and I know how important they are for you... I just wanted to give you more time for yourself and to study instead of having to take care of me. Plus, you'll probably end up sick too if you spend too much time here..."
