After that event, they all parted on their own ways, and did not have much contact with each other, Seokjin must've gone back but in another timeline, Seokjin leaves before all of this happens. Later that night, Jungkook got hit by a car, but not just any car, Jungkook believes it was Seokjin who hit him, but Seokjin doesn't remember doing that at all. This is when the highlight reels take place. So after they've gone their separate ways, they don't contact each other that much. Hoseok was the first person who heard about Jungkook's accident, he was working at the burger shop when Jungkook's classmates came in, and talked about the car accident. Hoseok and Jimin came to visit him after he was unconscious for 10 days. They were upset that Jungkook didn't contact them right away. Jungkook met a girl in the hospital who helped him stay optimistic during his recovery.
