Author's POV

All the eyes were on the bottle which was spinning at the centre of the round table. The bottle slowly stopped spinning making everyone watch it keenly thinking where would it stop. It slowly stop at Ravi but it went on to Ritika, finally to stop at Raj. It went with hooting.

"Truth or dare?"

"Dare"

"I dare you to burn the dance floor with naagin dance on the Bhojpuri song 'Lollypop laagelu' "

Raj stood up and wore his shades in style, walking up to the floor while everyone was cheering for him.

It was Ravi and Priyal's bachelor's party. Their friends and cousins were celebrating their last night as a bachelor. They were playing 'Spin the bottle' after asking few questions to the couple. They were mixture of embarrassing, funny, emotional questions.

Raj who was slaying on the floor was soon accompanied by Sourabh, Ravi and few other crazy people. After setting the floor on fire at the beginning of the party they moved to the next round of the game.

The game continued. Soon it was Tanu's turn.

"Truth"

"Ugh, you should have chose dare"

"All are choosing dare. There should be someone to chose the truth"

She grinned at them. She doesn't want to accept their crazy dares. She has already seen their given dares.

Hearing her answer, they rolled their eyes.

"It's her choice, bro! Let her choose what she wants, don't force her", Sourabh uttered. They chuckled.

"Calm down bro. No one is forcing her". They shook their head.

"We all know you are single since birth but there must be someone you like? Tell us about him", they chuckled.

She immediately regret for choosing truth because she knew whether she said yes or no, they would surely extract every detail from her which she doesn't want.

However, her vision subconsciously landed on the person sitting in front of her who was looking at her, with an expectant look in his eyes.

She averted her gaze to look at the people around her, looking at her intently for the answer. She coughed.

"Single since birth? I am not that old. Many of you are still single"

"Nope sweety, only a few of us. However, We've never heard anything of you"

Tanu rolled her eyes.

"Okay! Then ask. Only one question!"

"..."

"Do you have someone you like?"

Before she could speak something, her ears turned red.

"Yes, I like someone", saying she glanced at him again. His heart skipped a beat. For a moment he forgot to breathe. He was just looking at her silently. They shared an eye lock for a few seconds. He got back his senses only when he felt a hit on his shoulder. His friend passed him a smile. He ran his fingers through his hair smiling.

"Finally!"

"Who is he? Tell us yaar (pal)"

"Only one question was in the game", Tanu smiled at the 'gossipers'.

"You!"

"Let's continue"

She chuckled. Ignoring them, she spinned the bottle for the next round.

"I want every detail after the party", The girl, who asked her the question told her. Tanu shook her head while smiling, teasing her.

On the other hand, He couldn't help but look at her with admiration who didn't even blink an eye at him after her 'indirect' confession. He averted his gaze as he didn't want to make her uncomfortable, but couldn't help but steal a glance at her again.

She tried to calm herself, ignoring his gaze and her burning cheeks. Her racing heart was not slowing down at the moment.

I never said his name!

But I said looking into his eyes.

He surely knows now.

It's good if he has the same feelings but if he doesn't...

Will he laugh at me?

If he friendzoned me....

She shook her head brushing away her thoughts. She frowned as she felt all eyes were on her. She was about to ask Ritika, who are sitting beside her with a big grin on her face, when Sourabh stood up from his place and cleared his throat. Her eyes followed his movements before he stopped in front of her.

With his elegant movements, He slightly bent in front of her and held out his hand to her.

"Would you like to dance with me?"

She was dumbfounded while the whole crowd was cheering, hooting. Ritika nudged her arm, she came back to her senses and placed her hand on his. He smiled.

"Dare?"

"I chose you", He said. Smile never left their faces. She leaned towards him.

"But I have never done a couple dance. I don't know"

"Don't worry. Just follow me", he blinked his eyes and assured her softly. She felt the look in his eyes was different than other times. Now it was more affectionate.

He led her to the dance floor. A romantic song played. He placed his hand on her waist and her hand on his shoulder. They started dancing slowly with the rhythm. He was slow so she was following him without much struggle. All the time they maintained eye contact with smile on their faces.

"So you like someone?", he said making her eyes widened. Only then did she realise what happened a while ago. She almost lost her composure. She was looking at anything but him. His eyes caught her every moment. His smile deepened.

"I also have someone I like"

Hearing him, she looked at him.

"I like her very much", He said looking into her eyes, making her blush even more. They were so close that they could feel each other's heartbeats. It was as if Music and cheer didn't reach them. They were in their own world.

"Do you know how she is?"

She shook her head. She was mesmerized with his soft tone and chocolate brown eyes.

"She is like-

"...I think you got a call... It seems important. Pick it up first"

He furrowed his eyebrows. She pointed towards his pocket. She didn't want to interrupt him but a continuous flashlight was coming out of his pocket. Frustrated, He checked his phone which stopped ringing but his face immediately change looking at something.

"What's wrong?", she asked worriedly. He looked at her, hiding his worries in his smile.

"Nothing to worry about. I will tell you about her soon. Will you wait for me?"

"I will wait for you", she smiled

His heart melted after listening to her words. I will tell you everything after the wedding. I don't want to wait any longer.

He left after telling something to Ravi. Tanu looked at him in confusion.
