After finished the facetime call tripura felt that her abdominal pain is not getting worse than before she placed her hand on her stomach to clutched it

When Karan noticed her face changed and she was behaving absurd he asked

K : What is it ? Are you fine ?

Tripura startled and glanced up at him

T : Yeah just give me sometime I need to go to the washroom

She snatched her phone from the table and went to the washroom

K : Why is she behaving this way all of a sudden what's got into her now

Inside the washroom she dialed her physician's number

T : Hello.

P : Yes miss nagrajan how are you doing ??

T : Doc I am in a bit of a problem see I have been taking your newly prescribed medications and it was working on me but suddenly today I felt the pain again and it's getting worse now what should I do..should I take one more pill

P : No you can't overdose miss nagrajan I have already told you medications can't do much help for you now as you need to get the surgery done as soon as possible you can't keep avoiding that

T : I know doc but try to understand it just a matter of week or so now Then I will get that surgery asap

P : Its been 6months how can you be so careless.. if you neglect this matter like this, I will not be able to help you anyway you have to bear this pain I hope this will go away but don't overdose yourself

After tripura hung up the call her situation was so terrible she couldn't stand properly by her own her legs were shaking and she was sweating profusely

Just then she heard a light bang on the door

K : Tipsy are you okay why you aren't responding??

Tripura quickly splashed some water on her face and trying to get back to normal

K : Tipsy open the door there might be something wrong with you I need to see tell me right away

T : Just leave I am fine I will be out in sometime

K : I am not going anywhere you just come out right now

Tripura was in dire trouble she was aware that if karan sees her in this situation he will get worried As hell

She calms herself down took a deep breath

Karan pounded the door few more times so tripura came out

Karan noticed her she was looking nervous and equally exhausted there were some sweat beads on her forehead

T : What are you looking at ? Just go from here I need some rest

When she was about leave karan placed his hand on her way to stop

K : Are you hiding something from me ?

T : Dont block my way I said you to go

She yelled

She couldn't bear the pain anymore as her body's strength was slowly running out

Then Karan clutched her shoulder seeing her trembling

K : Are not okay at all look at yourself you can't even stand properly tripura just give me a chance to help you out atleast once in my life

T : But I don't expect your help then why are you doing this to me

And tear drops fell from corner of her eyes

K : I know, but I can't see you hurting yourself like this while punishing me. We're going to the hospital right away

Then Karan went to grab his phone while dialing the no karan saw tripura was loosing her conciousness and about to passed out he ran to her and hold her tightly

The next day when Tripura regained consciousness, she found herself lying on a hospital bed and karan was sleeping with his head down next to her.

She got up in the bed sensing that Karan woke up too

K : Hey are you feeling okay now ??

T : How did I ended up here ?

K : You passed out last night I had to admit you..your condition was getting worse your blood pressure level was extremely low

T : But today we have to go rescue those girls or else they will ruin their lives. I want to go back to the hotel right away.

K : Yes we will rescue them but not you mujhe pata chal gaya hain your health condition isn't good at all you are not going anywhere except India yes I have already managed everything you need to take the flight by today evening

She whined

T : But I'm not going anywhere , I'm aware enough about my health so you don't have to think about it..why are you taking decisions without my permission

K : May be you think i am not anyone to take your decisions but trust me for me you are still my wife though we got divorced so leave it on me I will do my best to rescue those girls I won't let you down this time nomatter if it takes my life in return

And Tripura's heart skipped a beat after heard that she got a little terrified

T : Why are you uttering rubbish nothing will happen just let me stay

Karan took her hands

K : I know it's hard for you to trust me but atleast for once trust me again I will keep my promise

And they shared a adoring gazed at each other

K : And get your surgery done as soon as possible

Tripura got curious

T : How did you ?

K : Sorry I had to go through your cell phone as I was clueless last night your situation was so terrible anyway they will released you whenever you want so I guess I need to leave

Karan stood up and was about to leave

But tripura called his name

T : Karan wait

He turned arround So tripura told her to come close

When he came close she started fixing his shirts collar then she said

T : Dont get yourself hurted and come back get it ?

Karan's eyes got teary as he wasn't expecting something from her but he said nothing just nodded his head to yes and tripura smiled

Then Karan left
