As I prepare for the next day of school after I finish my boring hindi marathi tutions,I'm dreaming about my best friend anuj,he's has this brown skin,brown eyes,this atlethic body,and recently I've been beginning to notice some hair growing on his face,my friends changing,but he still remains the same on the inside someone who's crazy,gives his heart for his friends and very creative.
There mama calls me as I welcome my self to the real or reel world.She place my dinner in front of me.How I love dal,rice and chicken fry.I eat,sip some water switch on the TV,watch some football and doze of too sleep..
I wake up to the sound of water,which is not usual,it's 6.a.m,my mom fresh has ever filling water.I push my self up from the bed,brush my teeth as I get ready for school.
After the normal assembly,we all rush to class and lectures go on ñ on..suddenly there is complete silence in the class because our coordinator has arrived,she also happens to be my English teacher,this time she enters class with different motives,yes it's time to select the school captains,she ask all the red houses to stand up and quickly writes something on the paper,again the blue and the green follow,now it's time for yellow house,we all stand up hilton and me and some others,yes this year yellow house must be mine she has to choose me..My heart is beginning to pound fast I so want to be the yellow house captain unlike last year when it was hilton,I was so depressed but a little content that it was still hilton.The bell rings,I'm not hungry I'm nervously waiting to know who will she select,I just sit in class for a change and put my head down on my bench and try to get my nerves calmer.
Recess gets over and now we have computer,they teach us word,excell,power point,I'm really in class but my head in only on the selection,after two long lectures of computer I see dhorty miss coming to our class maybe with the results.
She comes in announces that ketkhi will be the captain for red house,Abhishek for green,RocheLe for blue,my heart skips a beat when I hear hiltons name again,danm!!its not my chance again..She proceeds to announce the school captain pranali and Swapnil..and I'm standing there in shock..suddenly I hear my name called out proceeding anaghs names,head girl and head boy danm!!I've got something much more than expected..now instead of only yellow I'll have all four colours on my shoulder boards and tie..I'm in awww..
I can't wait to reach home and tell mamma that I'm school head girl now..I run to my little sister shanias class and get an even bigger news that my sister is yellow house captain..yay mom's going to be double excited..
I catch d bus all my friends congratulate me and advik my lil hero,shania's class mate is primary head boy..I felt like I've accomplished something big..The bus stops at my gate I just run like a free happy bird home and scream mamma I'm school head girl,my typical mom I know she's happy but she starts giving me advices,she tells me don't let this get to your head,remain humble!!
I call my dad,aunts,cousins everyone who I can think of and tell them about my latest accomplishment.
