Denki's POV
I've been by myself for a while now. My parents died a few years back in a villian attack they were trying to protect me so I guess I feel responsible but I still miss them. Since then I've been living alone. I don't have any relatives to live with so I'm alone. I decided to not go to UA since I still have to work to keep my apartment and I can't balance school and work very well especially with my ADHD but I try to hide that.

In middle school I got made fun of for being "dumb". Turns out I'm not dumb I just have ADHD which has my brain all over the place so I'm not dumb I just have a hard time focusing. When I'm out being a vigilante though I'm very focused on the people I'm saving. I almost got caught by eraserhead a few times though. It was a close call too.

I'm sitting on top of a rooftop staring out at the stars with my hood over my head. "I miss you mom and dad and again I'm sorry" I whisper. "Hey kid!" I hear someone shout from behind me. I flinch as a reflex. I've been in a few abusive relationships. I just don't have the confidence to stand up to them when I'm in my civilian clothes though. I did get out of those relationships though. I've been single for a while now. Anyway I turn around to see who it is.

"What are you doing up here?" He asks calmly. "N-nothing" I say. I run off down the stairs of the building and all the way home. I'm sure he was confused. I just ran off but I couldn't face him. I sit at home on my bed for a little bit and stare at a picture of my parents. I start to cry as I always do every night. As I remember all the amazing memories I have with my parents. Soon I fall asleep. I get up early and get to work. "Good morning" I say to my boss as I walk into the café that I work at. "Good morning" she responds with a smile. I start working.

Soon a group of people come in and I go over to their table after they get seated. "Hello can I get anything for you right now" I ask. The boy with the purple hair and sleep deprived look is silent for a minute before he starts talking. "I'll take a coffee black no sugar and 2 shots of expresso" he says. I write it down. "So just to make sure I got that correctly you asked for a coffee black with no sugar and 2 shots of expresso" I say. He nods a slight smile on his lips.

I look at the two other men that are with him. "I want a coffee regular with 2 shots of vodka" the man with the black hair says. I check with him to make sure I got his order right. He nodded. I looked to the man with the blond hair. "I want a hot chocolate with marshmallows" he said. I checked with him to make sure I got his drink right. "Sorry for checking but I really don't want to mess up your order" I say. "It's okay kid we don't mind" the one with the black hair says. I nod and walk away to make their drinks. A few minutes later I go back to the table.

I hand them their drinks. "Okay coffee black no sugar with 2 shots of expresso" I say as I hand it to the cute sleep deprived boy. "Coffee regular with 2 shots of vodka" I say handing it to the man with black hair. "And a hot chocolate with marshmallows" I say and hand it to the man with blond hair. "Thank you" they all say. I nod and walk away. I clean things while I wait for more customers. A few more people come in. It's pretty obvious that they were about my age. I walk over to them. "Hello can I get anything for you at the moment" I say with a smile.

At the table there was a girl who was completely pink with yellow eyes, there was a boy with red hair and eyes, there was another boy he had black hair and weird looking elbows, the last person at the table was a boy with ash blond hair and red eyes he seemed kind of angry. "Give us just a moment" the pink girl said. "Of course" I say as I nod and walk away. A few moments later the same girl waves me over. I take their order and walk away. I make their drinks and walk back over to the table to give it to them.

I walk over to the table with the sleep deprived boy and the two older men which I assumed were his parents. "Hello anything else I can get you?" I ask. "No" they say. They pay and leave. I wave as they leave. I go and make sure the other table didn't need anything. "No we don't need anything at the moment" the black haired boy says. "Okay" I say starting to walk away. "Hey you look a little young to be working" the boy with red hair says. "Oh well I'm 16" I say. "You're the same age as us" the pink girl screams. "Y-yes" I answer nervously.

She seems so surprised. I just nod and walk away continuing to work. I worked for a couple more hours. "Hey Denki you can take your lunch break now" my boss yells. "Thank you! Angel" I say. That's her name and it is a very pretty name. I walked out of the café. There standing and waiting were the group of kids I had served earlier. "Hello I'm Mina" the pink one says. "H-hello" I respond. They seem scary up close. I checked the time. I zoned out -it's 12:05 what should I do- I thought. I got snapped from my thoughts by someone snapping in from of my face. "Hey man you good" the red haired boy asks. "Yeah I'm okay" I respond.
