~Third person POV~

"I know.."

She muttered out with a smile, she could feel the aching feeling in her legs and her whole body as she hugged the apparition tightly, Hanako could only sigh before smiling lightly and hugging the girl gently, he could feel Yashiro's tears dripping down onto his uniform however he didn't care, he just calmly rubbed her back while whispering calming, comforting words.

"I'm not going anywhere...even if I disappear I won't EVER be far from you Yashiro"

He said slightly pulling away looking into her eyes with a determined smile before gently wiping her tears away from her cherry blossom pink eyes resting a hand on her face gently, Yashiro only weakly nodded leaning into his touch a bit like a cat would when you pet it, all he could do was snicker a bit at this before speaking again

"Now Yashiro. You need to get back in bed! You need to recover! And I mean it!"

He said quickly picking her up bridal style and laying her down on the bed before grabbing the hospital blanket and putting it over her

"And before you say anything no. I'll stay right by your side, it's not like I'll have any reason to leave your side anyway."

Yashiro could only stare at him before giving a appreciative glance his way reaching her hand weakly towards Hanako's before grasping it tightly slowly intertwining their fingers, Hanako's face reddened a bit before he sighed chuckling a bit and in response gave her hand a tiny squeeze back, after that he could see she closed her eyes and carefully drifted off to sleep and he stayed there the entire time just keeping their hands intertwined and him resting his head beside her on the hospital bed, after hours had passed and the sun slowly raised from afar the sunlight slowly drifting into the room from the window, Yashiro's eyes slowly fluttered open tiredly her mind seemed to be waking itself up as she slowly sat up wincing at the pain in her legs and torso but she still smiled holding Hanako's hand inside her own, as she noticed the ghost had noticed she was awake peering up before smiling at her

"Morning Yashiro!~ how do you feel?"

He said with a hum but the last part came out more gentle and worried she thought to herself as she paid attention to the aching pain for a bit

"My body aches.."

She muttered out her voice a bit raspy at the time as he gave her a concerned look before snickering

"That's..kind of what happens when you jump off a school building Yashiro...yknow I was starting to think you where smart enough to know that.."

He said teasingly as she pouted quickly bopping him on the head as he quickly sprung back grabbing onto his head

"GEEZ! ok ok! I'm sorry-!"

He quickly said trying to stop the harsh punches coming toward his head, so much for being a ghost.

"Sometimes I wish you couldn't touch me-"

He rubbed his head a bit as Yashiro could only roll her eyes before snickering a bit, Hanako let go of his head giving a fond smile Yashiro's way

"Well at-least you seem to be sorta back to your old self."

He remarked a bit with a smile as Yashiro's face slightly turned red her heart felt like doing backflips. Why must he look at her like that? Why must he be so concerned and loving toward her? She seemed to pout a bit, Hanako however was grabbing some sort of spoon and bottle, Yashiro immediately cringed covering her mouth, no! Not liquid medicine! Hanako huffed

"Cmon Yashiro! It's not that bad! If you want your legs to heal you better drink this! And even if not- I want you to get better so you don't have a choice! Plus this is the good kind. I added a good flavor to it! I swear!"

He gave her puppy eyes, however Yashiro sighed it wasn't the puppy eyes, she trusted Hanako when he said he made it better and it wouldn't be that bad...so she hesitantly retracted her hands from her mouth as Hanako brought the spoon of medicine closer to her lips she weakly opened her mouth before chomping down on the spoon her lips taking all the medicine off as the spoon retracted from her mouth, her eyes widened as she gave a confused look, it tasted like..Oranges? Sweet oranges...but not too sweet? She loved the flavor, she'd have that as a meal anytime of the day if she was allowed as she smiled swallowing the medicine as Hanako snickered a bit

"I'm glad you like it Yashiro. I tried my best!"

Yashiro only nodded in agreement as Hanako grabbed some of the goody bags before smiling brightly and looking back at Yashiro opening his mouth to speak

"Now! It's time to open the goody bags! Some of these are from Kou. Most from me. Some may or may not be stolen gifts to other people..."

Yashiro smiled brightly before giving a disapproving look before sighing, it's the thought that counts she thought, right? She shook her head before taking some of the bags opening it, it was her original dress, but it had some cute skulls and black stockings and a matching hat to Hanako as she snickered before looking back at Hanako with a amused expression and speaking

"Is this my official apparition assistant uniform?"

She asked curiously raising a brow with a smile, Hanako simply nodded

"I made it with extra care!"

She simply rolled her eyes before sighing and kissing him on the cheek as his face went pure red before pulling away with a smile

"Thank you."
