BEARS

Plot/Setting

There's a huge, steep, spiky mountain range, far from any human settlement. There's sort of a flat place in the middle of the mountains, and a partly frozen lake in the middle of that. The nearby mountains are covered with trees and much less snowy. There was a mysterious accident, possibly involving fish, a long time ago, where a human machine crashed and set a bunch of different kinds of bears loose. Now they live together in the protected place between the mountains. The bears generally aren't super territorial, since they've had to survive together, but the  lake, which branches off into smaller shared rivers, is accepted as ice bear(polar bear) territory, while the forest is shared between tree bears(black bears) and bear bears(brown bears). The many rivers around the territory contain evil fish with magic powers that are definitely smarter than the bears.
