I flew away from Rumi-chan's castle and found a safe place to teleport back to the village. I teleported to the middle of the village but Rimuru was nowhere to be seen. At that moment an individual I've never seen before approached me. I immediately got on guard as this monster had a pretty menacing aura.
"Please calm down, I am not here to harm you or the village. Master summoned me to help him in exchange for the bodies of the Falmuth army. Master is currently in his office. After the meeting I would like to discuss something with you and master." The individual said
"By master do you mean Rimuru?" I asked
"Indeed." He said bowing with his hand on his chest
"Thank you. Do you have a name?" I asked
"No, I am fine with being a nameless demon." He said
"I'll get Rimuru to name you later, Thanks for your help." I said before turning to leave
"It is my pleasure." He said
I couldn't wait to see Rimuru it felt like so long since I last saw him. I teleported into his office
"RIMURU!" I exclaimed before picking him up. It was then I noticed the heavy atmosphere in the room and the beastketeers were there.
"Sorry about that. Oh yeah Benimaru you told me to reply Shion's cooking is shit when you asked me about it, I still have my sanity." I said
I saw Shion get visibly annoyed and Benimaru begun sweating.
"It is good to see you are okay Rei-sama." Benimaru said.
"I apologize for worrying you all. Sorry for interrupting the meeting please continue." I said
The Beastketeers told us about how Milim had declared war on the beast Kingdom, and how today Milim had attacked Carrion and destroyed the beast Kingdom. Demon Lord Frey was apparently working with Milim and had ambushed Carrion. They suspect that Frey had kidnapped Carrion and he was still alive.
What is this dragonoid up to this time, ain't no way she is getting mind controlled. She probably just wanted an excuse to fight Carrion.
"Our people have evacuated in advance so they're all safe." Albis said
"Have you got the refugees a place to stay and food to eat?" Rimuru asked
"Yes , I apologize for not confirming with you beforehand, but all have been done." Rigurd said
"I see, as expected of you." Rimuru said
"But still... demon lord Frey is working with Milim?" Rimuru said
"It is rare for demon lords to work together, much less Milim. I expected someone with that personality to hate working with others. Adding on to that Demon Lord Frey was not heading to her nor Milim's domain, instead they were heading to Clayman's." Phobio said
Suphia was about to leave the room to get revenge, but albis stopped her and calmed her down.
"Wait. If my guess is correct Carrion is still alive. Milim ain't the type to let someone cut off her fight. There's something more to it. I urge you not to be reckless. If we don't work together, we may destroy the chance we have of saving him." I said
They all agreed, before leaving.
Rimuru and I went to the hill overlooking our city to think about our next course of action. While we were thinking we sensed a presence appearing in front of us, it was the black haired demon from earlier.
"I'm glad that both of you are awake, My masters. Allow me to express my joy at seeing both of you becoming full-fledged demon lords." He said bowing. Plural? He considers me his master as well?
