𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐁𝐘 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐏𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐔𝐏 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 of the building a family friend lived in on her bike, placing it next to a lamppost before wrapped her bike lock around it and locked it. she had her headphones in her ears, bopping her head to whatever song was currently blasting from them as she walked over to the building. she had a grocery bag in her hand with a bunch of things in it, her book bag being on her back. she mouthed the words to more human than human by white zombie, pretending to play the drums. as she walked past the garbage bins, she slowed down, seeing an unfamiliar boy talking to said family friend, johnny lawrence. the guy lived on the first floor, and let's just say that he wasn't the most social person. scooby had known the guy since she was a baby, and he didn't even like talking to her.
she watched the blonde man walk over to his car, seeing that the unfamiliar boy was still talking to him. she walked over to him, pulling one of her ear buds out her ears. "uh, don't worry about him. he's like that with everyone." this made the boy turn to look at her, his eyes squinted slightly with his eyebrows furrowed. "uh, i've never seen you around before. i'm fallon, but you can call me scooby." she continued, holding out her hand.
the boy raised his eyebrows at that, not only because a pretty girl was talking to him, but also because of the name she had told him to call her. he quickly took her hand, shaking it awkwardly. "i - i'm miguel. my family and i just moved into 109."
