They say not to wonder into the forest, but she never seemed to listen, especially not to them, not to him. But she wonders if she did, would it have changed anything?
When they went hunting she didn't think she would escape especially with her brother's, yet here she is infront of the estate she's now living in for her job with only one of her brother's, while the other's looking for those who could help them.
"Are you ready?" The girl asked her brother who responded, "I guess you sure you don't wanna go with Alex?" She looks at him and smiles reassuringly at him, then walks up to the door.
He follows her and she knocks, the door opens and an old lady with an oval face, short gray hair that reached her shoulders, she had green eyes, and a bony structure to go along with her pale wrinkly skin, was standing on the other side.

After the old lady opened the door I introduced my brother and I, "Hello Miss I'm Maristella Aspha′lius and this is my brother Jaxon Aspha′lius we're the new Tutor and Assistant you hired."
She looks at us obviously conflicted, probably from our age, "We're 17 Ma'am, if you don't want us because of that we can always go back and look for a different job."
She's quick to respond, "No, I was just surprised. Please come in." She moved to the side to give us room to go in, grabbing our luggage which isn't nothing but a suitcase and bag for each of us, we walk and look around observing the house and it's decor.
She told us to follow her and she would show us to our rooms, before leaving us she said Flora and Kate would show us around whenever we got situated, and to go to the living room giving us directions there.
Sighing and looking around the room, that's now mine until we leave. I find it nice. I just could use some different colors, setting my luggage on the end of the bed.
I open it and put a couple of my clothes in the wardrobe, leaving the rest out to put away later.
Walking out of my room and to the door on the left of mine, knocking on it three times, "You ready?" I asked while opening Jaxon's door, finding him putting away his clothes.
"Yeah, let's go." He said and left the other clothes on his bed while walking towards me. I shut his door when he got out of his room, and we started walking to the living room, talking on the way.
When we got there, we finished our conversation and turned towards the people in the room, some with blank faces, others with confused and curious ones.
"What language was that! And can you teach me it?" The little girl asked excitedly, and we understood why some were confused, chuckling awkwardly. My brother says, "Sorry, we don't know either, for we usually switch languages without realizing."
I add, "Maybe if you said a word, we could try to guess." She said, "ulineun mueos-eul eod-eulgeoya?" Thinking about it, I ask, "Oh, it was Korean." She jumped excitedly and nodded her head.
Looking beside her, I see a boy with brown curly hair, chocolate eyes, and a clear complexion he looked to be around 5'7, maybe a little taller. He was wearing a red sweater and brown pants, he had a blank expression looking me and my brother over.
Looking back at his sister, I smile and introduce my brother and I, "So you must be Flora, Miles, and you must be Kacy? No, it was...." trying to think of the blonde's name my brother finishes for me, "Kate." We finished introducing ourselves and explained that my brother and I would switch between assistant and tutor.
Which they were fine with they showed us around the place, well Mrs. Grose and Flora, at least. When I was done with the tour, Flora asked me to play dolls with her, but I told her I had to finish unpacking, and when I'm done, I'll come play with her, which she agreed with.
After I finish unpacking, I start to freak out cause I can't find what I put at the bottom of my suitcase. So I start to look through my bag with shoes but don't find it there either, deciding to go ask Jaxon I get up to go ask but a peculiar boy is standing in my doorway.
"Can I help you, Miles?" I ask politely with a nod. He looks around my room and then goes to speak when a door beside him opens. Coming out would be Jaxon with what I was looking for.
"I knew it led here!" Making a smile twitch at the corners of my lips, "Congrats dumb*ss." I say jokingly with a small clap, earning a glare from him.
He walks towards me and kisses the top of my head, handing me my stuff, which I thank him for, and I put it on a table. Jaxon leaves and Miles's still standing in my doorway.
"Sorry, what was it you were saying?" He stares at me blankly and walks out. Brushing it off, I walk out of my room and start heading towards Flora's room. Upon reaching it, I knock on the door, earning a "Come in!" From the little girl inside.
Walking in, I see Miles playing with her, so I nod my head in acknowledgment, "Still wish to play dolls?" I asked her, and she said yes. So now here I am, playing dolls with her while her brother watches us and playing every now and then.
Then Flora says out of nowhere, "Are you gonna leave without saying goodbye as well?" I pause and look at her confused until I remember what Jax and I found out.
Giving her a smile and setting the doll down gently, I say, "I won't leave without saying goodbye, neither will Jaxon -" "-we promise." Jax finishes for me while sitting next to me.
"Cross your heart hope to die?" She says with a hint of desperation in her voice. My eyes widen, but they go back to normal just as fast as they come.
"Cross our hearts hope to die, stick a needle in our eyes." Jax starts, "If you don't or you miss, go ahead and kill us twice. Don't let us rest until you die." I finish for him this time. I pick up the doll again as if nothing happened.
Jax sits behind me and starts playing with my hair while I continue to play with Flora. Time goes by fast for Mrs. Grose is now calling us down for dinner.
Getting to the dining room, everyone's sitting down except Mrs. Grose, who's passing out food. I glance at my brother as he nods his head and makes his way to the seat by Kate, "Do you need any help, Mrs. Grose?"
"Oh, that would be wonderful, dear." She says, and I help her pass out the food, after everyone has their food, me and Mrs. Grose sat down at our seat.
After we finish eating, I wash my plate and everyone else's, then I head to my room to retire for the night.
