Carrie's POV
I've been running forever, I finally dropped of exhaustion in the woods, I had no clue where I was at. I could hear the crunch of the dry leaves as someone, no something, came up in front of me. It was a wolf. "Who are you?" A harsh voice asked through the mind link. "I-I'm Carrie," "What are you doing in our territory?" The guy wolf asked, "M-my pack got attacked my rogues, I've been running for days, I have nowhere to go" I said. "Come on we'll take you to the alpha," the black furred wolf said. They walked off and I followed behind them to see the alpha.
When we got there, the black wolf morphed into a man, damn. A sexy man. "Come on," he told me. I followed after him into a huge house, probably the pack house, and looked around. The guy finally got to our destination and knocked. "Alpha," he called through the door. "Come in," the alpha called back. He opened the door and soon I'm staring into the alpha's eyes. 'MATE' my wolf screamed in my head. "MINE!" I heard the alpha said. Before I even knew what was happening, he was across the room pressing me up against the wall. He started to kiss my neck, and I suppressed the moan I was holding in. "You are mine!" He traveled his hand down my sides, over my hips, and under my thighs to lift me up.
Alpha Tanner's POV
"We need to keep our patrol spread out, but not too far." I told my Co-beta, "Yes, Alpha." I watched as he exited the room, a proud Alpha I am to have a co-beta like him. I heard a knock on the door, probably my beta with the rogue he told me about. "Come in," I told him. What walked through the door shocked me. 'Mate' I thought. A look of surprise, shock, and lust all in one was tattooed in her eyes as I pinned her up against the wall. I kissed her neck, trailing my mouth over where, one day, I would bite her with my mark. She felt so good, her luscious curves enticing me, calling for my hands to touch. My hands went from her sides, to her hips, to her thighs to wrap her legs around my waist.
