[in my au, the three books such as The Silver Eyes, The Twisted Ones and The Fourth Closet is only in Charlie's head. Charlie is still alive in my au and is not a robotic version of herself like the book says, instead, it's all just in Charlie's head to try and live a normal life from her father's manipulation throughout the years. She felt extremely terrible for her friends that were killed by her father and instead made up grown up versions of themselves in her head and gave them new names as well.]
