Marriage by fate or force

Episode 17

It was night (as ended before). 

Akash had come from office late. As it was really disturbing for him to know that Nani and Anjali could go till this extent. He came home and saw Payal leaning on the bed. He goes near her and discovers that she was half asleep.

Akash: Payal didn't you sleep?

She had tears in her eyes. She wipes it out.

Payal: No I was waiting for you. Let me serve you dinner. 

Akash: No I ate in office.

Payal (with a sad face): Oh okay.

After remembering Arnav's words he thought that he will give a chance to her. After all she is his wife who was his lover. 

Akash: Did you eat?

Payal (without looking in his eyes): Yes. 

Akash pulls her chin up with his hand. 

Akash: Tell me the truth!

Payal: I...I ate. 

Akash: I can see that you didn't eat your dinner.  Come let's go and eat. 

Payal was shocked as well as elated. After marriage, this is the first time he is behaving like this. 

Payal: Akashji...I am sorry. Sorry for not telling about Khushi. But my love for you is real. I was scared if I tell you the truth you may reject me. But believe me Akashji...I love you. 

Payal starts crying. 

 Akash consoles and hugs her. 

Akash: No..no plz Payal.Just forget everything. Sorry that I was cold after marriage. We had so many dreams together when we were lovers. We were waiting for this time. Now let us forget everything and move on. And one more thing don't hide anything from me hereafter.   

Payal: Sure Akashji...I promise. 

Akash serves dinner to Payal and makes her eat. She had tears in her eyes. He kept wiping it as she eats. 

Soon it was morning.

Gupta's house.

The telephone was ringing and Garima picks up the call.

Garima: Hello. 

Buaji: Hello Nandkisore. This is Madhumathi here.  How are you doing Garima?

Garima(Happily): I am fine thank you jiji.

Buaji: I am sorry I couldn't come from Lucknow for the wedding. You know my son was not feeling well. 

Buaji's son was also having mental problem. But he was having it since he was born. 

Garima: I understand. 

Buaji didn't know about Khushi's wedding. She thought that only Payal was getting married. Garima and Shashi didn't inform her as she would be against this marriage because she loved Khushi a lot. Also since her son was also mad, she felt pity on Khushi. 

Buaji:  What is Sanka Devi (Khushi) doing?

Garima: Ji...woh....she is sleeping. 

Buaji: Hmm... I can understand with the medicines she is eating it is difficult for her. Anyway I will be coming there this Saturday to meet her. I will be coming there alone. I am leaving Chotu here with baisa (her servant). 

Gairma was shocked. She thought of saying about the wedding a little later.  But she had to say it sooner and also worst case Madhumati herself will discover after she comes here. Madhumati is a widow and Shashi sends money to her and her son. Madhumati is having a sweet shop.
