New World University

|| First Day ||

Ace's pov:

As I get out the shower, I dry myself off while continuing to rap a towel around my waist as I walk out the bathroom. While walking to the kitchen to get a light snack before my first day of college, I take a glimpse of my little brother's room to see if he's getting ready for his first day as well. Since school starts at 7:45 am today because of the annual first day of school assembly, I thought he'd at least be putting on his clothes. At the moment it's 7:30, but....

He's asleep.

Third person pov:

"WHAT?!" Ace's blood curtailing scream was heard from several blocks away, causing a ruckus in the entire neighborhood. The whole neighborhood was livid because of the sound, specifically the house next door as a certain ravenette girl was already having a heated argument on why she didn't need, nor wanted to attend school today. Sabo comes running from the kitchen currently preparing breakfast to check what was going on.

"Whats wrong Ac-" Sabo says as he shakes Ace's stone frozen body as an attempt to shake him out of whatever he was in. Not noticing the real cause of the boy's outburst until calling his younger brother to help.

"Hey Luffy! Get your ass in here and come help me with this-" he stops as he notices his younger brother snoring and mumbling something in his sleep.

"Meat...so much mea-" His slumber was cut short, as if Ace's blood curtailing scream wasn't enough to wake him up, his fist slamming right into the young boys face was more than enough to to scar the boy for life. The punch was so extreme it even left a red, hand print on his face for the rest of the day.

"AH! IM UP IM UP IM U-" The young boy says as he rubs his head where Ace had previously hit him, not noticing his brother was already yelling at him.

"Oh hey Ace! Hey Sabo!" The boy says at he smiles widely. "Whatcha doing in here guys!" he laughs as he looks at the angry face Ace is making.

"DONT LAUGH AT ME!! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IS IT?!" Ace says while shaking Luffy furiously, Sabo frozen in the background as he look at the two idiots yelling at it each other.

"No not really, hm...." he puts his hand on his chin as the boy begins to think about what the time and date was today. "OH I KNOW!! ITS BREAKFA-"

He was punched again.

"YOU DUMBASS ITS 7:42 RIGHT NOW!! GET YOUR ASS UP!" Ace's yelling snapped something inside Luffy's non existent brain...and everything clicked...

It was Monday.

"WAIT WHAT!!" Luffy yells as he immediately slips on his signature unbuttoned red vest and blue shorts, not even bothering to take a shower. He runs into the kitchen and absolutely absorbed everything Sabo had been preparing for breakfast, both cooked and raw food.

"Wow Sabo! That was delicious!" The boy says while storming past his brothers who where currently yelling at him. He quickly grabs his phone and book bag, but most importantly his straw hat. He stops before putting his strawhat on his head and flashing a wide smile to his brothers.

"BYE SABO!! BYE ACE" the boy yells as he runs out the door.

"YOU DUMBASS IT ALREADY 7:51- you know forget it..." Ace sighs in defeat as he glances at the blond boy chuckling beside him, a few sweat marks can be seen on the side of his face.
