Chapter 2

We nodded, he looked surprised but he shook it off. "Welcome to the guild, go to Mira to get your insignias" we nodded excitedly. We ran over to Mira she got out the stamp, "What color, and where do you want them?" She asked "Blue, lower left shoulder" I said "Purple, on my back under my shoulder blade" Katy told her, "Sky blue right shoulder" Hunter said, and Mira stamped us.

After she stamped us, we squealed in happiness. That moment ended when someone rammed into me, my mood changed "Ok... Who hit me!??!" I shouted it turned around to see Gray standing up "Oh, your dead!!!" I said jumping into the fight. Gray looked surprised when I dragged him back into the fight. I started using combat moves instead of using magic. I felt eyes watching me, I turned around to see Natsu staring at me. But since I wasn't paying attention, I didn't notice the ball of ice heading right towards me. Before anyone could do anything it hit me in the head, it had so much force it knocked me over and I slammed on to the ground. Just before I passed out from the impact I heard Hunter scream "NICOLE!!!!!"

Hunters pov.
I was talking to Katy when I saw a ice ball hit Nicole in the head, and she slammed on to the ground. "NICOLE!!!!!" I screamed then she passed out. I ran over to her and got down next to her. The fight had come to a complete stop. Since she's a elements dragon slayer it won't have to much effect on her, but It does have some effect. That attack only made her pass out because of the impact it had.
Normally things don't affect her that much, but due to the fact the impact was to her head, it would only make sense that she passed out. But that doesn't stop me from worrying!! "Who did this??!!!!" I said enraged. No one answered, I became even more pissed off.

"I said who fucking did this!!!!!!" By now Katy had come up to me and kneeled down with me, "Hunter she's strong, it's fine" she said. "I know but... I'm just worried she's the only family I have left. I don't want to loose her." I said trying to hold back tears, putting her head in my lap "What's going on over here?" Master asked walking over to where we were. "Someone hit Nicole with a ice ball in the head, and she passed out." Katy explained, master nodded then said "Alright. who did it?" Gray spoke up and stepped forward "I did" he said looking at the floor before looking back up at me. "Well let's get her to the infirmary so she can rest." Master said sighing. I stood up carrying Nicole, I started walking to take her to the infirmary. Then I stopped and realized I don't know where the infirmary is.

My knees went weak and I fell, Katy ran over to me, "You ok Hunter?" she asked and I just nodded. Then Natsu came over and picked Nicole up, I tried to take her back until Katy held me back "Let her go Hunter, besides you don't know where the infirmary is." she said "Let me take her Hunter, I know where the infirmary is" Natsu said, I nodded and me and Katy followed him.
He set her on one of the beds in the infirmary and whispered something. Once I got to the bed I sat in the chair next to it and Katy stayed standing, after a minute Natsu left us alone with Nicole. I broke down and started crying, I felt like I was useless, I don't know why, I just feel useless. I was finally able to stop crying 5 minutes later, then about an half hour later, she woke up.

Katy's pov.
I don't get why Hunter is so upset that Nicole passed out. I mean ya I know she the only family she has left but I mean come ON, it's not like she's gonna die! I'm worried for her like any friend would be, but I'm not that worried. 'Man I'm acting like a metabaka, oh well I guess I just don't worry about these kinds of things.' I thought, then curiosity came over me.
Besides what was she doing just standing there? If she was paying attention she would have moved, but oh well she's a baka half the time anyway. I sighed, Hunter finally stopped crying, then about an half hour later Nicole finally woke up.

Nicole's pov.
I woke up to see I was in a bed, I looked around and the first thing I saw was Hunter giving me a hug. She was squeezing me till I couldn't breathe, "H..Hunter can't breathe" "Sorry hehe" she responded "See! Baka you were worried over nothing, she fine" Katy exclaimed then I looked at hunter to see dried tears. "Hunter, please don't tell me you cried cause I passed out" I sighed, she nodded her head "You don't have to cry every time I get hurt" I said sadly "I'm sorry but it's just that...." I cut her off "I'm the only family you have left, I know Hunter" I said calmly. Hunter isn't normally like this she normally is strong and doesn't usually cry, she really has to get over me getting hurt a little.
