Olivia's Pov:
I walk to Valley View Middle and some guy walked up to me.
"Hey. I've never seen you around here. You new here?" The guy said
"Yah, I'm Olivia or sometimes called Liv back home. What about You?" I say
"I'm Colby, if you want I can show you around" Colby said
"Yah, I would like that" I replied
Me and Colby went to the office to pick up my schedule and we ended up having all our classes together so we went to math first and might I say it was easy.
(Time skip to the end of the day)
"Ok we are having project and you will be doing it in pairs and one more thing you can choose your partner" the teacher said
"Hey Liv wanna be my partner we can work on the project after school at my place" Colby suggest
"Sounds good" I said.
" but give me time to tell my fam. Here my number I'll text you when I'm ready and my address"
"Cool see you later".
Colby's Pov:
I RUSH HOME TO CLEAN MY ROOM AND TELL MY FAM ABOUT LIV COMING OVER
"EVERYONE HELP ME CLEAN THIS PLACE UP IVE GOT A GIRL COMING OVER!!!"
"Woah woah Colby having a girl come over! That's unexpected" Amy said
"Good job colby and I'll help you clean up" Hartly said
" thank you Hartly your much nicer than my actual family" I said
"HEY, actually that's accurate" Amy said
"SHE JUST TEXTED ME, SHES COMING OVER IN 5 MINUTES." everyone's mouth dropped
"I GOT TO GO CLEAN MY ROOM" I shouted
"Hartley just in case this girl comes before Colbs is back down you know where his room is. Right?" My mom asked
"Yes, I do Mrs. Madden" Hartley replied
(Time skip 5 minutes)
Olivia's Pov:
I ring the door bell
*DING DONG*
The door opens but Colby is not the one who answers
"Hi, you must be the girl colby's expecting. I'm Hartley" Hartley said
"Hey, I'm Olivia"
"Hartley I highly doubt you know where my brother's room is" Jake said
"Fine Jake then show us both to his room" Hartley replied
Jake showed me and Hartley to Colbys room. Jake knocked on Colbys room door and after a whole 2 minutes he finally opened the door. He looked embarrassed when he saw me.
"Hey Liv, come in" he embarrassrisly told me. I did as he said and sat on his gamer chair.
"Lemme guess thats your brother and sister" I said while chuckling
"That was my brother and my neighbor Hartley if you saw the other girl sitting on the couch that's my sister Amy" Colby
"Since this is a science project we're working Lemme search up easy science projects" I suggested
"Great idea" he replied
"OoOo there's a really easy on density and it's really easy and it really doesn't take much time" I say
"Great, since it doesn't take much time let's play 20 questions but make it only 5 because it could take a while" colby laughed
"Yah sure, I'll go first, this one's easy how old are you? I'm 13" I say
"Same I'm 13 too" Colby replied
"Ok my turn where are you from?" Colby asked "I'm from Centropolis"
"No way I'm from Centrpolis" I reply
( after 4 more questions )
"Yk we learned a lot about each other" Colby chuckled
"Ok were done playing let's do the experiment to see how it works then we'll work the presentation slide" I said
"Yah sounds great what do we need it might be here in the house
"Umm 2 cups of water, 2 eggs, salt, and a spoon" I said
"Ok I'll be right back with the stuff" Colby said
I get a call and I answer it, it's my dad. "Hey dad.............yes me and mom made it to Valley View........... look dad I'm at a friend's house to do a project...........yes dad I know I know see you soon" after that I checked my phone then Colby came in and I quickly put my phone away and thankfully he didn't see.
"Ok I got everything we need and srry if I took long" Colby said. And with that we did the experiment and it was a success and we started the slide and after a couple of hours I left to go home.
And with that I'm going to end this chapter because idk what else add
