Kise has the least experience out of the GOM since he only started playing at Teiko. Kise has "Perfect copy", which allows him to copy other players techniques, and sometimes even make them stronger. You could think that this man is impossible to beat when on court, but there is a disadvantage, the exact same one that Aomine and Midorima have. In Kuroko no Basket the last game movie, Kise goes into zone while using perfect copy, Midorima stated that at that moment, Kise was the strongest player on court which is true! However he got tired very quickly, so even if Kise can go into zone while using perfect copy, he will only be able to score a limited amount of points because of how tired he will get. (He only lasted about 5 minutes while using perfect copy and then zone).
So even if he is the strongest with perfect copy and zone, if he tires himself out, there isn't much left he can do in a game.
(This part will have more info later, this is just the beginning dw)
