Hariio was up early preparing the mansion for Lady Salene's return. The mansion smelled nice, and a breakfast buffet was awaiting her. At exactly 8 o'clock in the morning, Hariio heard a polite knocking at the front door. Hariio rushes to the doors and opens them wide. He first sees Lady Salene, in her usual tight red dress and wavy blood-rd hair. But next to her is a girl, about his age. She's in a white dress with yellow flower patterns on it, and her white hair is pulled into pigtails. Hariio's eyes lock onto her yellow dandelion eyes."Hariio, please prepare a room for my friend, Kashi." Hariio nods his head and takes Kashi's bags. Lady Salene beckons Kashi to enter."Yes, I also have breakfast ready if you're hungry." Hariio smiles at Kashi. Then he goes upstairs to an unoccupied room, and Kashi follows him silently. Hariio opens the door and then places Kashi's bags. Kashi stands outside the door. "Ma'am, you can go have breakfast. I'm fine." Hariio looks at Kashi. She shakes her head and starts pulling things out of her bags. "I'll help." "Are you sure?" Hariio asks. Kashi smiles, "What else am I going to do?"It took a few hours to get everything organized. Kashi dealt with her clothes. She seemed embarrassed as she was folding clothes into drawers. After setting up the room, they went down to the dining room and had breakfast. Later in the day, Hariio had a question on his mind, so he went into Lady Salene's room. She was laying on her bed reading a book. At the door opening, she looked up as Hariio entered. "Who is Kashi?" Lady Salene put down her book. "She's a good worker of mine always helpful. She is my secretary. I've moved her in because she's actually a demon. It's subtle, though.""What do you mean subtle?" Lady Salene sighs. "Demons have certain powers. Mine is the ability to create beings as I did with you. Others are weapons, and some can heal. But most, like Kashi, have a subtitle power. For example, Kashi can learn things at a quick pace and remember things forever. She's also very organized." Hariio thinks. "So, she basically has the power of knowledge. Can beings like me have powers?" Lady Salene smiles, "Typically, they don't. But with you, I can sense you have greater power. I don't know what that is, but I'm sure you'll figure it out." Lady Salene looks back down at her book and flips a page. "Now let me read this book in peace. And also to note there will be a party next week, so do your best." Hariio smiles, "Yes, Lady Salene."
