chapter 4- nice to meet you

No one's pov

The ride was long and the silence was loud as Mark tried to make small talk but failed everytime when he heard a small growl come from the mystery man next to him..the sexy mystery man.., marks mind began to wonder as he stared at the man slowly going into a zoned out state his eyes glossing over as he did.

He stayed like that til he heard a small yawn and someone clearing their throat, mark blinked and looked at the other two and blushed as they both were staring at him as well "um..i-..I'm mark.." he mumbled as jayden nodded with a small smile "I'm jayden" after they both introduced themselves they looked at the last to speak and waited.

He looked at mark and jayden back and forth before closing his eyes and leaning his head against the wall, jayden and mark assumed that he wasn't gonna talk and went back to getting to know each other while the third mystery man listened til he finally decided to speak "cody" jayden and mark paused and looked at the mystery man now named 'cody' and mark chuckled "so he speaks huh?" Jayden giggled and nodded "yes he does it seems"

All three had a small conversation getting to know each other as the van continued to their destination.

After a few hours of talking the van slowed to a stop and mark immediately stood up in panick, for a vampire he was not as cool and collected as they are usually seen as, he was a ball of anxiety right now and he really wanted some pills Making him scratch his arm and pace as they waited for the guards to come get them. Jayden became nervous as well "m-mark..I'm sure it'll be fine..come here". Mark stopped pacing and slowly walked over to jayden who pointed to the ground "sit down please"

It took a moment of hesitation but soon mark was sitting on the ground and calm as jayden began running his fingers through marks hair combing it gently. Cody watched with slight jealousy as he grumbled and growled softly, jayden looked at him and giggled "come here ya puppy" cody looked at jayden with a glare but moved closer anyways allowing jayden to play in his hair as well.

After a few more minutes of waiting the van doors opened and a female guard looked at everyone in the van and rolled her eyes "alright cuddle party over let's go" she stepped back as Jayden stood up and grabbed cody and mark by their wrists and pulled them out of the van and they both followed and stood in a straight line and began following the police lady into the prison. Cody looked at mark and reached out and touched his arm they both made eye contact with each other with the same knowing expression before looking at the clueless jayden who's fear of the prison was starting to show as the female officer passed the three to a large male officer.

After the normal search and spray down they were guided down to their cells as people cat called them, mostly jayden who was now walking between cody and mark who were protecting him like a celebrity, the further they walked the quieter it got til they were all now standing in front of a abnormally large cell with two beds, a toilet, a sink, a desk in the corner with nothing but a few notebooks on it and dull pencils.

The officer opened the gate and pushed jayden in who lost his balance and fell onto his knees, cody and mark quickly went to help jayden who was pissed, he looked at the officer his eyes turned bright yellow and practically teleported to the bars of the cell and glared at the officer "watch yourself" the voice that spoke wasn't jaydens normal, small voice, it was deeper and sounded almost like three people talking at once. The officer quickly backed away and left.

Jayden slumped to the ground and landed on his knees as his eyes turned back to their normal dark brown/black color. He looked at mark and cody and raised an eyebrow "how'd I get here.." they looked at each other and decided to keep it to themselves for now as cody helped jayden stand up and sat him on the bed and they sat next to him.

Jayden sighed softly "how about one sleeps on the top and I'll share the bed with the other" Jayden suggested and laid back on the bottom bunk and the other two began playing rock paper scissors for it before deciding to take turns but cody goes first cause they basically met first.
