Backstory : A Fallen God of Destruction, a celestial being with unimaginable power from an erased universe that defied the divine order stated by Zeno and Grand Priest. Just moments before his universe's erasure, he managed to escape from his universe to universe 7 where he was trying to accumulate his lost strength, hoping to one day overthrow the Divine Order.

Special Move : Armageddon : A reality distortion attack happening from Cael's unstable ki overflowing within the dimension, destroying it and all Hyperversal constructs combined with it. Imagine it being kind of a "final insanity" type of attack or like a combo between a GoD's Hakai and Majin Vegeta's Final Atonement attack.
