Jill had resisted the temptation for as long as she could. She traced the book cover with her fingertip and sighed. This particular book strayed away from her usual chosen genre but had taken the world by storm enough that it intrigued her.

She'd caught students with it. She'd overheard colleagues discussing it. Now, her book club was reading it. She practically spit out her latte when the club president, a sweet and intellectual elderly woman that stood no more than 5 feet tall, proudly announced that she'd secured enough copies for everyone. This book was unavoidable.

Reluctantly, Jill took her copy and stuffed it down into a pocket of her tote bag, making sure that it was secured and wouldn't be seen poking out of her bag by anyone. The last thing she needed was the press snapping photos of her walking around with erotica. She'd already received enough flack over her trip to La Perla a few months earlier when she'd purchased an anniversary gift for Joe. However, when she saw the look on his face she determined that it was worth every bit of judgement from misogynistic men and bored housewives.

Now here she was, nestled on their blue sofa in her robe with a glass of wine, ready to crack open the novel and see what all of the hype was about. She bit back a cheeky smile when her colleagues spoke of the scenes in the book as though they were scandalous.

"Vanilla," she thought as she dumped a teaspoon of Italian crème into her coffee, offering a polite greeting to them.

The racy stories they described seemed like nothing particularly kinky to her. She prided herself on being rather open-minded in the bedroom. Sex was something she and Joe enjoyed and had frequently. They weren't strangers to exploring and spicing things up.

They both agreed early on that part of a long-lasting marriage was never allowing sex to become routine and predictable. So, they found ways to make it exciting. A toy here, a rope there, different positions, fresh lingerie, new lubes, edible items, very few things were off-limits.

But, hey, maybe "50 Shades of Grey" could inspire her to approach him with something that she'd never thought of. She was never one to turn down a learning experience, after all.

Jill perched her black glasses on the bridge of her nose.

"Chapter One," she said, resting her finger on her chin as she dove in.

Jill was a few chapters in when she suddenly began to feel the heat rise to her cheeks. She was no stranger to romance novels, but the explicit nature of the writing was... new and interesting. Though the scenes didn't shock her, she was beginning to understand how women could appreciate the book.

The book grasped her attention now. It was a slow start, but she couldn't deny that the sexual imagery was good enough for her.

She ran her silky smooth legs against each other, taking pleasure in the way the muscles tightened and relaxed again, sending a surge of a delightful tingling sensation to her groin. Her bare nipples rubbed lightly against her robe, creating enough friction to stimulate them.

It wouldn't hurt her to give in, at least a little. It wasn't like anyone needed to know that this particular book turned her on. Though, she hoped no one brought it to class again. She wasn't sure that she could look them in the eye after tonight.

Joe wouldn't be home for another few hours and she didn't think that she could wait that long. She opened her robe and ran her palm down her smooth stomach. She allowed her fingers to glide over the fabric of her panties just to take the edge off.

Jill licked her bottom lip as she indulged, caressing the skin on her inner thighs and tracing the line of her panties as Joe would. She closed her eyes, picturing the scenes in the book but instead of the main characters, it was herself and Joe. Joe had her against his desk, slamming her thighs against the wood.
