2: Bless You

No One's POV:

*flashback*

"Come on! Get control! Focus and feel the power coursing through your veins!"

The iron covered room that was brightly lit held
Y/n's greatest enemy.

"I am dad! And you!" Y/n points across the room, eyes narrowed and fists clenched.

"You're going down..."

With a swish of the hand the training dummy across the room does...nothing.

Y/n sighs, "Dad I don't think it came in yet."

The last few weeks since Y/n had turned 15, she'd been trying to figure out what power she had exactly.

Her dad, Jamie, sighs and walks over to his daughter who's eyes had casted to the floor in disappointment.

"You're okay, your uncle was a late bloomer as well. Took weeks for his to show up, but when they did it was worth the wait." Jamie says crouching down to look in his daughters eyes.

"I know Dad, but I'm ready to help you fight crime."

Jamie takes his daughter by the shoulder and leads her outside their training room to their hideout quarters.

"Trust me I know kid, and you will. Actually I've been meaning to talk to you about that."

Y/n looks at her dad with a questioning look. "What?"

Jamie smiles, and walks around the room with his hands behind his back. "I've spoke to the council and they've agreed to let you visit your Aunt Jessie in Texas with Dallas to investigate some strange stuff happening."

A huge smile breaks across Y/n's face and she runs into her dad to tackle him with a hug.

"Thank you!"

Jamie laughs and twirls his daughter around with his super strength.

*End of flashback

The memory brings a warm smile to Y/n's face, her first mission.

She's currently walking with Dally, Hartley, and Amy getting a tour of the town.

"This is where Amy and me like to hang out a lot. It's got great food, and a mechanical bull."

"Yes because who doesn't love getting thrown around on a huge cow." Dally rolls his eyes.

Y/n laughs and starts to walk over to the machine to put in some money. Dally, Hartley, and Amy all gather around to watch the girl climb onto the fake animal.

"You're joking." Amy says shocked, and slightly impressed.

The machine starts and Y/n slowly starts to rock back in forth. Before long she's getting jostled around yet she stays securely on the mechanical bull.

"She's crazy." Amy says with wide eyes. Dally wears a proud smirk and crosses his arms. Hartley just in pure shock.

Finally after one huge jerk Y/n gets sent to the soft padding on the inside of the ring.

And Dally is on the floor rolling in laughter.

"What the-what the even fuck Y/n!" Dally spits out.

Y/n finally clumsily climbs out and falls onto the floor beside him dizzy.

"I don't even know."

Amy turns to Hartley, "You sure know how to pick them."

Days turn to weeks and Y/n feels more conflicted on who could be causing these abnormal problems in Valley View.

Every time her and Dally show up to a scene the act is already done.

"It just doesn't make sense Aunt Jessie! No villains reside here and if they did they'd leave their mark." Y/n sighs slumped over on the bean bag in her bedroom.

Her aunt keeps pacing around while Dally naps on Y/n's bed, softly snoring.

"I know kid, you'll figure it how soon. You just have to get to the scene before it happens."

Y/n groans in frustration, "How?"

Jessie walks over and plops down beside her. "There's a fair coming up, everyone always goes in the town. If something is gonna happen it'll be there."

Y/n looks over at her aunt in awe. "You're right! Thank you!"

Jessie smiles before leaving the two teenagers alone. Y/n grabs a empty water bottle and throws it over to hit Dally's head.

Dally slowly wakes up, "What hoe?" He grumbles.

Y/n smirks, "I know where we'll catch the villain!"

Dally rolls his eyes, "You couldn't have told me this in a few hours? I'm losing beauty sleep here."

"As if it ever helped anyways."

The water bottle came soaring back.

"This is so stupid, who even needs science?" Dally grumbles from his desk separated from Y/n after causing too much ruckus.

Y/n sends him a glare from across the room. Amy rolls her eyes from beside her. Hartley and Amy got separated too since the two of them were being loud and Hartley's a 'good influence' she might help Dally.

"Now class this liquid is called Phluencetoxicolium otherwise known as the Sneezing Liquid. It lives ups to its name by causing most of everyone to sneeze. Now as I come around to each of your desks I will place a small vial of this liquid as well as a tissue box, and remember the germex is by the door."

Mrs Ram comes around setting down the said items. Amy shoots me a look before leaning over and sniffing the stuff. After waiting a few seconds she smirks and leans over near Y/n, "Ha! It doesn't work on me."

Y/n scoff before leaning over and doing the same sniffing it. Immediately feeling a sneeze crawling up her nose and let's out a sneeze.

Except there's a weird tingly feeling through out her back side and suddenly shes on the floor. Y/n looks at her hands with wide eyes because what in the fuck just happened.

Dally looks over at her with wide eyes, and meanwhile all the ruckus Amy is sitting there doodling. "Bless you."

Y/n quickly scrambles up on her feet and back in her chair, and fishes out her phone.

stick up ass:
WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?!

Half a brain cell:
I DONT KNOW YOU JUST WENT THROYGH THE CHAIR

stick up ass:
IS THAT MY POWER? GOING THROUGH CHAIRS?
YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME

Half a brain cell:
No you idiot it's phasing through shit
You're supposed to be the smart one

stick up ass:
I used your toothbrush to clean my sneaker

Half a brain cell:
YOU DID WHAT

Y/n puts her phone away and looks to see a tissue waiting in front of her. Amy glances at her before looking away unfazed. Y/n grabs the tissue and wipes her nose just in case.

'Phasing? That's awesome! I can legit go through anything...what about people?' Y/n wonders.
