Max walked into the diner holding the hand of a little girl who ran and sat at the bar. As Max walked into the kitchen she kissed the girls head and the little girl started drawing "Hi Abby" Johnny said "her section is over there" Abby said pointing to the booths not even looking up from her drawing just as Max walked out of the kitchen and over to Johnny. when Max had finished her shift she saw Abby asleep on the counter so Max picked her up and then got her money and then she carried Abby home as Caroline carried Abby's things. "Shouldn't Abby be at school?" Caroline asked "she is Peaches got her a tutor for her so she can stay with me" Max said. Later that night Max woke up to Abby gasping for air so Max sat Abby up on her chest then Caroline walked in and got worried "Is she ok?" She asked and Max almost cried and was holding Abby "I think she needs to go to the hospital" Max said panicked so they got dressed and rushed Abby to the hospital. Later that day Max was sat at Abby's bedside and held her hand "I haven't seen you this worried" Caroline said and Max looked at her "ye she when she was born she had breathing problems" Max said as Abby's eyes fluttered open "mama" she said as Max got on the bed and Abby lay on her chest. All day Caroline watched how Max smiled as she and Abby played on Max's phone and occasionally the doctor and nurse would come in and replace Abby's oxygen and check on Abby. The next time the doctor came in and Abby was sat on Max's lap whilst Max kissed Abby's head and nose getting little giggles from Abby as she hugged Max who rocked Abby back and forth "I love you mama" Abby said "I love you too baby" Max said.
