The bus crowded, so noisy. People laughing, trading secrets, talking about who's with who, and stupid irrelevant rumours.

Qi Rong wasn't exactly one to talk about volume, but the noise just pissed him off.  The sleeves of his too big green sweater fell too his hands, he pulled them back up, but to no avail; they fell again. 'Annoying. So annoying, just like everything else.' He pulls out his notebook, looking over the very few things scrawled in hurried ink.

'GUZI SNACKS, JOB INTERVIEW AT 7, PICK GUZI UP FROM DAYCARE AT 4'

He scribbles down more reminders, many of them containing his occupation and his little brother, Guzi.

His attention is disrupted when he feels someone staring at him.  'Ignore it. Just some weirdo staring. Ignore, ignore ignore.'

Rebelling against his own thoughts he looks toward the gawking eyes, shocked to see a pair of kind and bright eyes staring at his own frizzled expression. The person tilted their head to take in more of his appearence, a smile slowly etches its way onto their face. Qi Rong feels his face warm and he averts his eyes away from the curious, lively eyes.

He turns in his seat and sits straighter than before, more aware of his messy hair and the chipped bitten nails of his. How odd he must look. He looks up again, They've turned in their seat now, looking outside at the burnt orange leaves and the yellowing grass.

Qi rong takes in their appearence ; Long curly brown hair, clips everywhere ranging of colours. They had nice skin, Qi rong noticed. Blush light pink and eyeshadow two different shades decorated their face. They had quite an odd style, if Qi Rong didnt dress like a scruffled alcoholic, he would've been able to find it peculiar.

"Shi Qing Xuan seated in number 12 with-" The bus driver looks down at her paper again.

"QI RONG WHERE ARE YOU?" Everyone seems stunned by the sudden outburst of the frail, 'peaceful' woman. Her question gets answered when a middle finger appears above seat number 12.

"Alright. Shi Qing Xuan, you sit there, dear." The bus driver eyes Qi Rong for a moment then scans the seating arrangement once more, yelling out names and seat numbers.

The girl whose name he now knows turns excitidely in her seat toward him and grabs her small bag and moves into the seat right of Qi Rong.

"Hey! I'm Shi Qing Xuan! What's your name? i like your bracelets by the way. I love your sweater where'd you get it? I'm a senior, what are you?" She seemed to get that out all in one breath, like she had wanted to say this for centuries.

"Qi Rong. It's none of your bussiness, shithead." Qi Rong was doubtful she meant any of the things she said, she was more talkitive and kind than that dog fucker Xie lian. Her smile was too nice, her aura too pure.

He expected her to be offended, for her too leave him alone like everyone else. the last thing he'd expect is for her to start giggling, then snort, and then burst out laughing. she wiped a tear from her eye and sighed.

"Oh gosh, are you always this funny, Qi Rong? Can i call you *Xiao-Rong?" She stared at him with wide eyes and leaned in a little more.

"That's the stupidest name i've ever heard. No you cant, asshat. Leave me alone." Qi Rong snapped, confusion of why she was talking to him and being so prying.

Shi Qing Xuan shrugged, left him alone. But is that what he really wanted?
