Chapter 27

Porsche POV

"Hi Chay." I hear when the door opens and turn around to see Kinn walking in.
"Hey p'Kinn." He says and I turn to look at my phone again.
"Are you moving here or what? You're always here. You have a house." I say and he sits down next to me before putting his arm around my shoulder and kissing my cheek.
"I like being here." I push his head away and wipe my cheek.
"Just because I gave you a key doesn't mean you can just come in whenever you please."
"I thought that was exactly what it meant."
He says and smirks at me while I roll my eyes.

"Who are you talking to?"
"Tay."
"Tay?" He asks in confusion and looks at my phone.
"Yeah he gave me his number and we talk sometimes. He's nice."
"Okay." He says a little sceptical but looks at my phone with me.

"Hia?" Porchay walks in front of me with a serious face.
"Yes?" I ask putting my phone down and he looks nervous.
"I... I want you to meet my boyfriend."
"Your what?!" I ask bewildered and look at him.
Kinn stokes my arm to calm me down because I feel myself getting angry.
"I never told you you were old enough to date Chay!"
"Hia please, I'm 18 and I really like him."
"Calm down babe."
"Shut up and don't call me that." I say to Kinn and stand up.

"How long have you been dating?"
"About as long as you and p'Kinn."
"You've had a boyfriend for a month and didn't tell me sooner?!" Kinn stands up next to me.
"Porsche." He says in a calming tone and I take a deep breath.

"I wanted to tell you but I didn't want you to get mad." He is nervously fidgeting with his fingers and I regret my anger.
"I'm sorry, you're right I shouldn't get mad but you should've told me Chay."
"I know. I'm sorry."
"Does he treat you right?" I ask trying to make myself a little less angry.
"He does. He's really nice and he's in the same university as I am though he's not in the same faculty. He's a music major."
"Music?"
Being a musician is hard and I don't know if he can take care of my brother if he's not good enough to make money out of it.

"I know what you're thinking but he's pretty successful and I don't need anyone to take care of me hia, I'm going to be a doctor and take care of myself." I feel a sense of pride in my heart and hug him tight.

"I'm proud of you, but you should've told me Chay."
"I know." He says and hugs me back.
I pull back and look at him.
"So when can I meet your mystery man?"
"I was think of bringing him for dinner tonight so you and p'Kinn can both meet him." He says and I smile.
"I would love to Chay." Kinn says and hugs Chay.

I want to say 'what does Kinn have to do with this?' But I know he and Chay have created a bond together so I'll let Kinn meet him too.

"Sure Chay. I'll cook tonight."
I take his face in my hands and look into his eyes.
"I'm really happy for you Chay." I say and he smiles brightly at me.
It makes me feel happy to know he's happy here.
"Thank you hia. I'm really happy. I'm glad we came back home."
"I know America wasn't easy for you but thank you for giving me a chance to take care of us." I kiss his forehead and ruffle his hair.

"I love you Chay."
"I love you too hia." He says with his head on my chest and I almost let a tear escaping my eye but I hold it in.

"Go meet your boyfriend now, I'll take care of dinner."
"Okay." He says and walks out if the house with a big smile while waving us goodbye.

"I'm proud of you babe." Kinn says and hugs me.
"He's too young to have a boyfriend. Fucking hell how is he 18 already? That kid better hope I like him and I'll knock his ass to the ground if he ever hurts my nong."
Kinn chuckles.
"I know you will."
He says before leaving a chaste kiss on my head and letting me go.
