We start this chapter off as we see Stan trying to get his car out of the mud.
Izuku, eri, Mabel and dipper watching grunkle Stan struggle to get his car out of the mud.
Izuku is holding eri in his arms as eri is playing with her necklace she got as a gift from the mall the other day.
Izuku:umm, Stan do you need help?
Stan:No kid, I got it!
He says as he continues try and drive his car out of the mud.
Izuku:yeah he needs help.
He says as he puts eri down.
Izuku:why don't you go check out the pioneer carnival, while I help grunkle Stan get his car out of the mud.
He says as he pets her head.
Eri:okay papa!
She says as she runs to mabel.
Dipper:do you want me to help izuku?
Izuku:no, I'll be fine, just keep an eye on eri, even though she made new friends the other day, she's still nervous about being around big crowds.
He says as he looks towards eri and Mabel as he can see Mabel tickle eri, making her laugh.
Izuku smiles a bit as he sees that eri is having fun.
Dipper:alright well make sure she's safe.
He says as he walks away with Mabel and eri.
Izuku:*sigh* alright grunkle Stan, let me help you out!
He says as he goes to Stan.
(MEANWHILE...)
We see eri walking with Mabel and dipper as they can see a bunch of people wearing pioneer outfits.
Eri:what are they wearing..?
She asks as she is holding Mabel and dippers hands.
Dipper:their wearing pioneer clothes, it's what people would wear back then when technology wasn't a thing, people would travel with horses and wagons.
Eri:oh really..?
Dipper:yup, times were tough back than when you could die from a simple cold.
Eri:oh wow..!
She says, fascinated to know how hard it was for pioneers.
Mabel:hey look over there!
She points at the huge crowd.
Dipper:what's going on over there?
He says as he looks towards it.
Mabel:let's go check it out!
She says as she picks up Mabel and drags dipper to the crowd.
Dipper:'is it me or has Mabel gotten stronger than I remember?'
He thinks to himself as Mabel continues to drag him.
They arrive and dipper notices a family on the stage and feels like he met one of them.
Dipper:'i feel like I've seen her from somewhere...'
He thinks to himself as he stares at the teenage girl with long blond hair.
Pacifica:hello everyone, I'm Pacifica northwest and welcome to this year's pioneer day!
She says as everyone starts to cheer.
Dipper:'wait, PACIFICA?!'
He is shocked to see the little girl he met at the party is now a teenager.
