Years later, the pressures from the Min clan had caved Jung Wooseok and he found himself, albeit reluctantly, agreeing to the marriage offer. Hoseok was only entering his pre teen years, still naive and innocent. He had little knowledge on the prospect of marriage of duty, instead lived as a free spirited soul.

But the good thing was the visit they did. Hoseok grow fond of the royal twins. He often used to ask his father about them.

Hoseok and the future emperor of min empire was unaware of this engagement. Both of them were too young to understand the meaning of marriage. And Hoseok was too innocent to understand the meaning of being betrothed.

There was civil unrest in the empire, with the monarch slowly reaching his toll while other noble families threatened a dictatorship over their specific feudal provinces.

Both Daeguin and Gwangjuon kingdom were strong, however, their power could easily fade if two or three aristocratic families formed a single alliance. It was for the sake of protecting Hoseok and everyone else in his clan did Wooseok agree to the merging of the two clans.

Wooseok debated how he should break the news to Hoseok, who would much rather grow wings and soar through the sky than be held down by duties. It would truly chain the other to a duty of grooming himself to becoming the perfect partner for the future emperor. He knew Hoseok could easily play the role but it would truly rip the freedom he had grown to love. All day would be spent improving himself for the emperor.

One thing Wooseok has settled with emperor kyungsan was that, his son wouldn't marry until he is mature enough to understand everything. And thankfully the emperor min agreed to it.

Emperor jung decided that through a private dinner with just his wife and two sons. He would discuss this matter. When he saw his beautiful, moon child gently lighting up the lamp on the bouquet table. He couldn't bring himself to say it.

Instead of telling him about the marriage he told Hoseok that from now on he will live in daeguin kingdom to get training to be a perfect prince for his nation. For instance Hoseok was so happy that he would meet his two friends, his heart beat accelerated, then he realize that he will be away from his family, friends and his favorite knight.

Wooseok assured him that they would come to min palace once in a while, The only thing Hoseok needs to do is to send them a scroll. "Your maiden and knight will go there with you." Said the father.

The dinner went peaceful, just Wooseok's wife doting on their son like an overprotective mother. Placing extra servings on Hoseok's plate knowing it was one of his favorite dishes. Their older son would whine and protest from his seat.

Wooseok smiled, his family was precious and warm, not stoic and forced like many other aristocratic families.

They arrived at the Min palace. It was around the time sun was on it's peak. The crown prince Yoongi was waiting for him, whilst Agust was watching it behind the curtain of palace window since he can't stand under the sun for more than 15 minutes.

The royal palanquin stops. The knight of Gwangjuon prince kim Namjoon opened the curtain of palanquin for his prince.

Hoseok came out of it. He saw the crown prince waiting for him with his soldiers and a young boy who was somewhat hiding behind the crown prince, Namjoon told him on thier way that Jungkook is a bastard prince, born from favourite concubine of the emperor.

By seeing all of them standing there....This shows that Gwangjuon prince was a very important person for them. The wavy hair's prince took a deep breath looking straight at the crown prince, realizing how much he have changed and turn out to be a perfect prince for his nation.
