"Whatcha reading?" Minghao let out a yelp at the sound of Junhui's voice behind him. Minghao turned to glare at him for a minute before going back to reading. "Sorry...." Junhui mumbled as he rounded the couch to sit next to Minghao—like two centimeters next to Minghao—and looked at the book he was reading. "I'm reading a sappy love story because why not?" Minghao spoke up after a minute of not talking.
"What is it about?" Junhui asked as he backed up a little and lend into the couch cushion. "You should know, it's in your house" Minghao replied not looking away from the book once. "Well I actually don't read the books here, it's mainly Wonwoo and The8......... the only time I ever read is whenever The8 is reading" Junhui answered, saying the last part in a quiet voice.
"Do you want to read with me then....?" Minghao softly questioned, looking up at Junhui with big sprinkling eyes. Junhui soften as he looked into them, a smile creeped it's way onto his face as he answered. "Sure, come closer" Junhui opened his left arm so that Minghao can sit comfortably next to Junhui—filling in the centimeter that was previously there—as Junhui wrapped his left arm around Minghao's shoulders, they began to read.
"If only Junhui was able to show up on camera, I would have taken a picture of them" Jeonghan said in a hushed voice as he and Seungkwan was hiding be around the corner. "I mean, we can always paint it" Seungkwan suggested. "Well currently our painter is occupied" Jeonghan answered pointing to Minghao. "Hey guys, what are you doing hiding behind the wall?" Mingyu appeared next to Seungkwan as he questioned the two.
"Uh.....cleaning the walls. Seungkwan why didn't you bring the cleaning stuff from the other hallway?" Jeonghan said, fake scolding the youngest out of the three vampires. "What other hallway? What cleaning supplies?" Seungkwan asked clueless of what's going on. "Don't worry about it, Jeonghan hyung here is trying to hide the truth about why you guys are really hiding" Mingyu said was an amused tone and laugh. "Am not! I'm getting your father on you" Jeonghan said as he stomped away, probably off to go complain to his boyfriend.
All while, Junhui had an amused smile on his face as he read with Minghao due to the fact that he has super hearing and heard everything his friends said just behind the living room wall.

"Do they wither away?" Minghao asked as now him and Junhui were inside Minghao's room discussing about the rare flower Junhui had put in Minghao's hair two days ago. "They do if they don't have the moonlight to feed them" Junhui answered as he place his hands onto Minghao's—which are holding the flower gently—Minghao's face turned a light pink at the action, looking at their joined hands with the flower in the middle. "Even if they are picked out of the ground?" Minghao asked looking back up to Junhui's eyes which were looking at him fondly.
"Yup! Just lay it on the windowsill at night and it'll be just fine the next morning" Junhui said with a bright smile as Minghao nodded at the information. "Well then, let me go put it there right now" Minghao was the first to speak up after a moment of silence just looking into each other's eyes. With that said Junhui removed his hands and backed up as Minghao walked to the window, he gently placed the flower onto the small spot that was there—petals facing the outside so that it can get the light it needs—with a soft smile Minghao turned around walking to his bed.
"Are you going to bed?" Minghao asked as he hugged one of the poles that was help supporting the black curtains that created a square around his bed. "Maybe~ why you asking?" Junhui said with a sly smile walking closer to where Minghao is. "I was wondering if you were up for a midnight stroll, but if you're going to bed, I'm not stopping you" Minghao said with a bit of a teasing voice looking around his room like he has never seen it before. "If that's the case...." Junhui started then disappear, reappearing at the entrance of Minghao's room
